Go to FRSC to get another one because the only evidence of being a driver is being in possession of a valid driver's license. There's no any other document unlike in academics. Besides the FRSC cannot go to court and swear on oath that you a driver. The analogy doesn't tally.

Possessing a driver's license means i have been certified to drive.

So losing the physical license doesn't mean i cant. And since its still valid, i only jusy need to print another one anywhere i like for sighting.
