A foetus isnt independent of the mothers body. Infact some pregnancies are a potential risk to the woman carrying it. Go check the stats, a significant numbet of women lose their lives yearly to pregnancy complications.

A foetus right to life is dependent on the mothers rights. And the mother's right overules the foetus rights till the baby is born and become an independent human.

Now having a baby in this current times demands a whole lot from the mother. It requires wellness, money as well mental capacity. In a world were we have so many deadbeat daddies, a woman has to be careful in deciding to having a baby or not.
We have many humans around us today who regret being brought to this world because the parents cant even afford the basic necessities of life.

Many have gone ahead to commit suicide while others become nuisance to the society e.g in northern Nigeria.

A woman who isnt capable mentally, physically and financially of having a baby shouldn't be forced to bring a child to this world.

A pregnant woman can say the pregnancy poses a risk to her health or she doesn't have the will, finances or strength to have a baby.
