This is very funny, firstly, there is no way everywhere can be the same, even in the urban areas.

So houses have their own Transformer, while some areas, two street share same transform, everyone can't be the same.

Some homes don't have TV, no Refrigerator, no AC just bulbs and fan, you expect them to be in the same band with people that have ACs in toilet, bathroom, kitchen, they water purification systems that run 24 hours, lifts that runs 24 hours, CCTV on roads, everything that's in the house is always connected to electricity. 🙄🙄

It's not about need, it's about affordability, if they are given band A can they afford it, if they have 24 hours of electricity will they use it, most people turn off their breakers when living the house, so even when there light, it won't be used.

Electricity is not a luxury but it's a business that requires people to pay, would you as a business rather supply an environment that can only buy 5k units per month, they will remain in the dark for whatever is left in the month because they can't afford it or supply an environment that even at 300k they won't mind🙄🙄🙄

The definition of BASIC Amenities doesn't mean equal for everyone, it means Basic, essential,15hours per day is Basic, until now people just assume if they are given the option of Band A, B or C, they will choose A, but then the moment there was a different in tariff, those in Band A want to be downgraded downgraded, funny right, but true.

Just because you recharge 10k, doesn't mean it will last for a month.

If we have 24 hours in a day and you have 7 days=168, if he got 150h of consistent light that is a lot.

If he is not stupid, fuel is 1k per litre, in 24, even if he use 1ltr per hour, that is at least 20k, in 7 days, 140k.
