Adultery is a crime in Nigeria, you can marry more than one wife but don't try and sleep with another man's wife.

My application was sadly denied boss. The highest offer I've gotten so far is 3k even though I've not borrowed from any loan app for years.

On fairmoney, that is strange, the first time I tried I was able to borrow about 30k, that is about 2 years ago, but 3k sounds ominous.

I just checked, 10k is the minimum for new customers upto 40k even, even if you have bad credit, use a different phone number.

Yeah good evening nl. Please I know here isn't a bank but I'm please asking if I can get someone to grant me a credit facility of 10k to pay back 13k by this time next week Friday. I need it for an emergency and the loan apps I've used are either offering me 3k at most or rejecting my application. I'll pay back by this time next week instantly. Thank you.

Try Fairmoney, you can get 10k easily, especially if you want to pay back in a week.

This is becoming a pain, about a month ago, I got a call from opay that I have an interest free loan, I told her, I wasn't in need of cash, she kept trying to ask when I will apply, I said I don't want a loan and don't need it.

Since then everyday, sometimes 8 times, I have blocked and blocked but new numbers everyday, sometimes I can't even pick a new number.

How can I remove my number from their list, I have never used their app, I don't have it, HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER IS A MYSTERY TO ME.

Hello men,
Please, help me out. My relationship is about to fall as I'm a 2 mins man and my girl is complaining and extremely annoyed. Pls what can I do last longer? How do I last longer? I love my babe and I want to be able to knack her well. I'm so disappointed in myself.

FYI: I don’t masturbate.

I feel I shouldn't say this but, I read some of your comments and I feel magnanimous.

TWO SOLUTIONS:

1. CALL HER EX: The only reason she's not satisfied is because someone has damaged her beyond your expertise. If you really want to be with her, check her phone or try to ask her, there's an EX that have gotten her to that place of rest, and all she wants to do is to remember it, even if you spend 10 hours on her she will still complain.

2. BREAKUP WITH HER: This might look extreme but, the truth is there are women that even kissing can do it for them, the touch from their man can get them very comfortable. But she is not it, she have TRAVELLED and except you have a CITY UNDER WATER, nothing can shake her foundation.

Sex is as emotional as it's physical, if she's not that into you, YOU WILL DIG FOREVER AND WILL NOT TOUCH WATER, AND EVENTUALLY SHE'LL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP HER DIG JUST SO SHE CAN STAY.🙄🙄

Why singling out Fubara? Why no pretend? How can fg control election that will be controlled by the Governor?

APC damages brain thinking cells, so you have shown that APC has been manipulating Nigeria elections and determines who gets what?

Here lies the argument, if there's going to be election it will be conducted by INEC, and the most important factor is he who plays the piper dictate the tone.

Federal is paying and the tone will be set by federal.

The fact that Agbadorians are jubilating on the Supreme Court ruling because they think it will ONLY affect Rivers State is laughable.
*Rivers State is not the only state currently running a CT system in Nigeria.
*Rivers State Electoral Commission has already fixed LG elections for Oct.2024 & not INEC.
*Rivers State is a very rich state & Gov. Sim can still fund/pay the caretaker chairmen till Oct. when the LG elections would be conducted by Rivers State Electoral commission .

It's not jubilation, it's a statement of facts, the fact that the judgement came few months after Fubara triumphant in removing the OLD ELECTED CHAIRMEN without giving them the 6 months additional tenor approved by SHA makes it look suspicious that it was aimed at RIVERS.

In Rivers state, as usual the supreme court judgement will have a different meaning.

The judgement will be interpreted to mean that the care taker chairmen, provided they were appointed by the governor, are legal until an election is conducted. Their lawyers will be shouting, "the judgement did not vacate the care taker chairmen bla bla bla ". And at the same time, Fubara will be heading to court to get a court order from Rivers state high court restraining the president from carrying out the judgement of the supreme court.

The confusion in Rivers state is on a different level

Someone said Fubara has enough money even without the LG quota lol!

See them foolish Nigerians.

Tinubu knew every governor can perform without LG fund n left LG fund to LG chairman in Lagos, this is why chairmen were able to support the governor in building projects.

Now just imagine if LG were to act as just conduit pipe to steal is 774 not beta stealing than just 34 and that is the worse case scenario, so whether Tinubu is doing this for ulterior motive or not this is the right way to go for Nigerians.

Right way for Nigerians😂😂😂

Romance / Re: A Word Of Advice For The Person Currently Dating Your Ex by sparko1(m): 5:21pm On Jul 11
A305:
Congratulations in reverse because you the next in line.

She is only agreeing to date you because she can manipulate you to her own benefits (mostly financial) — the moment you begin to resist her manipulative antics or she senses you smarter than her and can predict her next move. she will quit the relationship and play the victim to the next man in line to date her.

My advice to you is; Get enough sloppy bl wjob from her and come in her mouth because that's her specialty.

Below are ways to her hack her thought process:

*The easiest way to get her to be submissive is by lowering her self-esteem and the easiest way to do that is to be non-reactive to her vent/rant. Doing that always makes her shed crocodile tears.

*She has a habit of sleeping in any moving vehicle even in public transport. The best way to handle this is to tell her, she is an embarrassment. She will get mad and never try it when going out with you the next time.

*If your favorite is fried rice. Never let her prepare it. She will mess it up.

*Never reveal your secrets to her. She doesn't know how to keep secrets. Once you get her talking, all your secrets will be out.

*Never reveal how much you have to her. She is fond of comparing what her friends get from their boyfriend with what you can afford to give her.

*She is the black sheep of her family. One red flag I ignored. Don't ignore it.

*If she is visiting you for the first time. Tell her no sex, then sex will happen, provided you prepared a good meal and you have a comfortable house. She will initiate sex. But if you pre-inform her you want sex before she comes to your place, she will put up a wall of defense to appear decent but deep down, she is an emotional wreck with mentally loosed screws. Switch the topic to money and how you will spoil her, she will spread her legs.

*She can easily be deceived and it's not too hard to deceive her. Just include small amount of money to the bait, tell her she is beautiful and tell she has a soft skin. She will mostly fall for your deception. Very easy.

*If you want her solely for sex. Never let her move in with you, she is very quick to mark territory. The best hack for that and ladies like her; create a distance and do not be easily accessible to them except only evenings and when you want them come over.

*Lastly, To see the beast in her during sex, never fuc k her on the bed but rather on the floor. If possible on your center rug if you have one. Couch will do as well. Girls like hear view sex on the bed as love making and sex on the floor and couch as raw fu cking.

You have time oh

From Ibori write he claim the FG should be paying LG directly. Now if the FG isn't paying the third tier of government directly who should be paying them ?!

The state government that as been looting their funds since 1999 ? Many of you no even understand what reasoning is so how can reason like a rationale being ?!

Ask yourself if this was the UK USA France Canada which you all claim you want Nigeria to be like, what will be the judgement of their court

You don't get it, almost all the states in Nigeria don't elect LG chairmen, they appoint and oversee everything, now if they refuse to elect, the percentage that should go to LG will remain with federal and because federal owns the account federal will control who gets elected.

Politics / Re: Supreme Court Bars FG From Paying Allocations To LGs With Unelected Officials by sparko1(m): 3:26pm On Jul 11
Ojuntana:

In my view, this actually favours states like Rivers. They don't have to share their IGR with the LGs anymore since FG has now undertaken to pay them directly. The intent behind the joint accounts at the state level is so that the IGR is also shared along with the federal allocation. How much does each LG get from the Federal purse? No LG gets up to 1bn monthly. So I don't see why the SC will decimate the constitution which they obviously have no powers to do just to satisfy some political interest

Close to half of the internally generated revenue are collected by LGA, like Lagos, the major IGR that state will control is those PAYE and personal income tax, anything collected by hand is usually controlled by local government.

I understand your point but there is no good news for states, the kind of war that will be fought during local government election will make presidential election look like child play.

The major issue is, the fact that they have control means, they are accountable for whatever they earn and spend, no more state control and oversight, that in itself is the biggest threat. So LG chairmen will begin acting like demi gods, besides Kings and chiefs too are under LG, just watch and see.

Do you know how much Rivers IGR is?

Well my main point is this,,

For now, solidifying his structures across all LGAs is more important for Fubara than fighting to receive LGA allocations.

Am sure Fubara knows this. He would not mind losing money for another 1 year just to eliminate all Wike elements within the LGA structures.

Solidifying requires money like lots of money, the difference is the person he is in a fight with still wield power, and lots of money at his disposal and lots of loyal foot soldiers.

My point is, he started it too early, he should have built his war chest at least 2 years before attacking him, that way he will be rounded and acquainted with who and how to use in dismantle his opponent.

He will not be in a hurry to conduct LGA elections.

Rivers State allocation is more than enough to fund the 27 LGAs and the remaining will still be more than many states allocations.

Fubara can fund his Caretaker chairmen from his own allocation for another 1 year, while he gets his structure right.

Rivers is not Bauchi or Kogi.. There is money.

Yeah, you forget the percentage.

Federal get 52%, normally the states get the rest 47% hence enough money, now state get 26 percent and local government get 20.8 or so, that is about 45 percent of what they usually get will be withheld by federal lol, you still think there is enough money.
