N:B Am a bachelor and not married yet because I don't have money for marriage and my salary is barely enough for my feeding, transport and house rent.

Are you listening to yourself, only the court can compel a witness, any witness from the prosecution or defendant that doesn't want to appear can only be a hostile witness, and his testimony can't be in your favor.

The only reason a hostile witness is called is when you have something incriminating that will force them to say something that will be advantageous to the defense.

These witnesses can't provide anything that will help Kanu, they will send their legal representative and he will be in the drivers seat the whole time, you don't need a law degree to know this, he won't get a defense from any of them, and from the look of things, he is not interested in the defense hence he fired his lawyers.

He is not interested in his own defense, he is looking for a mistrial, a way to get the public sympathy.

He fired his lawyers just when he is supposed to present his defense, this is worse than a joke.

The court can compel a witness whose testimony is vita to the case, certainly Kanu is doesn't have the court authority nor can he prove to the court this witness are vita to his defense.
