South west region should find a way to solve the problem and high rate of violence, drugs/sex addiction , alcohol, ritual killings , cultism, and smoking among young people in the South west..
That's the root cause of the issue

last time i checked, the SW still remains where all your elder brothers run to first time they are leaving your god-forsaken region to seek greener pasture.
