What I'm seeing here is the same tribal issue we had almost 50 years ago. The problem we have as Nigerians is giving attention to unnecessary things and overlooking the ones of top priority. Until we move pass this phase we will not go far as a country. The easterners decide to celebrate their person(hero) and somehow the yorubas have a problem with it, and this is the 21st century where we are suppose to respect our differences. It's sad seeing this backward mentality of assumed civilized people. Get over tribalism and move forward, we are one. |

Hi Op, I'm looking at starting one soon too. The most important factor is the location, it determines the success or failure of your business. If you have enough funds to lease for a number of years that's fine but if you don't, you can have a mutual agreement with your landlord on rent within some years, this however depends on your relationship with him/her. You will need to drill a borehole or well. If you drill a well, then you should buy a pumping machine that will pump the water into a tank. You also need a good drainage system, you should meet authorities to know if you can do such business in that area. A pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, soaps, bucket and a carport, then you're good to go. A carport is that umbrella looking shade for cars. I hope this helped, you should go to a car wash for more info. |
layla129:That passage only talked about Cain and Abel, it did not specifically state that there were the only ones apart from Adam and Eve. In fact, Adam and Eve had lots of other children who had moved away from that immediate dwelling. So the other woman Cain married was his sister. |

Hi @Zachxolan no necessary 300 cars per day. Extra services like waxing are offered and this costs more |
The % share is 50—50 because you're providing capital and I'm running the business. I think this is ideal so we know we have equal stakes to loss and no one feels cheated |
At least 500k will be needed to start-up. |

Anywhere on Lagos mainland, Surulere/yaba axis to be specific |
For example, if you rent a space along a major road for 500k per year (could be lower based on negotiations), get washing equipments for about 300k and employ 4 workers, let's see what you could make. Each worker washes 10 cars a day at 1k per car, that totals 40k a day. Now 40k multiplied by 25 days = 1m per month You've already made over the capital. This seems too good to be true but believe me, I know a man who makes ATLEAST 300k per day and employs about 20 staffs in Surulere. This is the business I'm looking towards starting but no finances. With the models I designed, you should make more than that. You can reach me via kleinuduh@gmail.com |

Hi everyone! Please I'm looking for a financial partner to start a car wash business with. I will manage the business and all the partner will do is to receive profit. I intend to go into this business because of its viability irrespective of location. In Nigeria, we have 11 millions vehicles plying our roads and 2 million in Lagos alone. Those cars will maintenance and part of maintaining a vehicle is cleaning it. Everyone is so busy, they have little time to take adequate care of their properties and would pay a fortune to get their stuff done. I have done my research and I can affirm that this business is highly profitable and it's ROI is on the high side. |
