The Apc has introduced a dangerous precedence to electioneering campaign in Nigeria. Worse still the gullible voters are not holding them accountable to these dubious promises. Henceforth in future elections political parties would be competing on who will tell the most lies to hoodwink the voters because they now know the governed are 'foolish'. Things will never be the same again. |
survival1:IGNORANCE IS A DISEASE. WHO DASH MONKEY BANANA. OSHOHMOLE HAS BEEN BLAMING RAINFALL FOR HIS NON PERFORMANCE IN ROAD PROJECTS IN EDO STATE |
A foolish poster on this thread just said derogatorily that Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing operates 'a cut and join' auto company. How can Nigeria grow if we keep seeing everything through the prixm of tribe and ethnicity. If its not your tribesman then its not good enough. We need more of those 'cut and join' entrepreuers if we're to grow. Japan , China and even Singapore started small but today its a different story. IVM needs encouragement and not phd syndrom. |
Remember the warning from the midget hellrufai that whoever spills the blood a fulani must pay a hundredfold. So they have backers and this emboldens them to engage in savagery with impunity. But can we fold our hands? |
Thank God it wasn't the original CAN. Never knew another 'CAN' existed by the corner. |
Ifeanyi Uba sneezed on Monday and the Dollar mafia caught cold and loosed their stranglehold on our Naira. A free fall of Dollar followed their reaction but as the Govt didnt heed Uba's advice, they (the Dollar mafia) has regrouped for a final onslought against the Naira.Hence the present Dollar rally. |
Donmams:Ditto the national leader of your party who is held in high esteem and even revered in your enlave. The biggest land lord in Africa. |
lookandlaff:Remember this same man you are castigating now single handedly ameliorated the sufferings of Nigerians during the fuel scarcity debacle of 2015. He took the interest of the nation at heart and flooded the nation awash with fuel and there was relief. Now duty calls again, Nigerians want a relief and he steps foward again to be counted but some like you have resorted to name calling. Why the hate. Its not neccesary. We want solution. |
The Op was right until he displayed his zombism by bringing Jonathan into the fray. He conveniently overlooked the present guy wrecking the Naira and didnt attribute his emergence to our mentality when we voted for him but instead focused on Jonathan. Haba |
olafotad:One musician even boasted 'My wristwatch can buy 20 cars' Do you know him? He can equally emulate these kindhearted Nigerians. |
Seriously speaking if I were Buhari I would consider doing the same. I would grow wings and fly away to far countries far away from these problems at home. Maybe its only when he is outside the shores of this country that he gets a good night sleep. The situation is dire indeed as well as overwhelming. But on a more sober note, he should hang around more at home and assemble an economic team to brainstorm and profer direction to this rutherless ship. As the saying goes...you dont pursue rats when your house is on fire. |
bestestgirl:Our english teacher pls remove the log in your eyes before attempting the help other remove the peck in his own eye. What are 'soo' and 'sef' doing in that post of yours. |
Realhommie:Let all the rich guys come out and do same even with double publicity(Channels, STV, TvC and even CNN). No grudges. I'm for it. Moreover this sort of publicity inspires. Do you know whether it was the publicity given to the bread seller that inspired E Money? Let the music play on jare. |
Do we have a finance minister? What's her name? Haven't heard of her before now. Overwhelmed is putting it mildly. She doesn't know what to do. The complexity of Nigerian economy is just beyond her. NOI bestrode it like a collosus and tried to tame it and she succeded but all hell was let loose the moment she left. Dollar is racing to N400. Can't we call her back? Just my 2 cents. |

He had to say it and put things into perspective because some people may have been looking at him as someone who just landed a gold mine Or a lucky guy who took their position. |
sukkot:They have come again! Confusing the already confused. |
blueto:Back to Sender. No weapon formed against Nigeria shall prosper. |
kilode100:I advice that PMB should just eat the humble pie and recall Ngozi Okonjo Iweala. I have yhis gut feeling that she can do something. Under her watch things weren't this bad. We should not throw away the bath water with the baby. In Ben Bruce voice...just wana make common sense. |
Udmaster:Are you from Anambra North? Maybe thats why you're singing his praises because he concentrates most of his activities there. . Nothing is happening in other parts of the state especially Anambra central. The road leading from old Nitel junction Nnewi through Awka etiti is in a deplorable condition for a long time. Ichida to Igbo ukwu road is cut off at a point. Let the Governor also see these places as part of his state also. God bless him. |
We dont value what we have. But of recent some agencies are beginning to see the light. According to a source, Innoson company has been sustaining the NAF fighter jets with needed spare parts in their fight against the insurgents. If the govt gives this company the needed support in terms of patronage in a very short time Africa and indeed the world would feel the impact. |
namedonfinish:You cant see it pal because hate, bitterness, envy and jealousy has blinded your eyes. |
Nicur:We don enter.... |
Okwyjesus:LOL. Thats how they normally start 'I'm not Apc member but... or 'I'm not pro Pmb but...' While in actual fact they are dye in the wood apc and Pmb fanatics. After deceiving the unsuspecting with the above neutralilty claims they now either defend the cause of their idol or unleash fatal blows at the opposition. |
This Apc! Once they started blaming the Supreme court judges for upholding the Governoship elections conducted even by their once 'impeccable Jega' I know they has lost it. |
Shame on the Fed. govt of Nigeria for not patronizing their own. It's now Ghana(African brother) that's doing the right thing. Is this how we are going to advance technologically. A feat like this needs govt, (both fed and states) support. Nice one Ghana. |
Kenmatt:It is counted in weeks and not in months eg 2313 means that the tyre was manufactured in the 23rd week of 2013. |
gbengus17:Didnt you read where the husband said the wife has told him about this henry and his plea for assistance towards his(Henry's) upcomming wedding? Common sense tells us that a wife who is into an amorous relationship with a stranger will never divulge such to her hubby. The woman's pity on this poor wretched idiot cost her life. From the same story, this evil man had tried to invite a proprietress of a school nearby to his den but the would be victim didnt turn up. Evil men abound. May her soul RIP. |
The poster might hv been one of the locals who has an axe to grind. Innoson Chairman mainly drives his exotic IVM cars but also has a couple of other brands for variety sake (back up) if you like. Haba poster why beefing this rare Smart Nigerian. |
I think Jagaban is being proactive. Just to remind pmb that courts decision on bailable offenses must be obeyed. In case, just in case he finds himself at the receiving end down the road someday. |
HungerBAD:Is this hate, jelousy or beef? Hunger bad indeed. Your signature though. |
Dongorgon5:Nigerians hard to please. Sometime ago a female celebrity was roundly castigated on Nairaland. Her sin? She took a ride in one the newly refurbished trains ftom Iddo to Ikeja. She recieved a lot of flaks for not renting a taxi but instead chose to ride on a public transport. Her fans saw it as a sacrilege and demeaning. Nigerians are difficult to please. Does anyone remember this story? You people should leave Paul alone. |
