Pls i'm new to the android world,i'm a fan of both 1st & 3rd person shooting games,road rage(like death race) and sharp arcade games(like mortal kombat x),the ones i downloaded from playstore are ntin 2 write home abt,show sum luv nd list all the addictive action playstore games u hv played non stop.

I recently bought a new memory card,took some pics and downloaded some only for me to reboot the phone and all pics turned white displaying "no thumbnail",d vids i download and watched before rebooting i clicked on all of them and it displayed "can't play this video",i would like to know the cause and solution to this problem.

I got the phone yestaday,charged it fully today,i hv a prob with d phone,i noticed that the pics i snapped with d phone and my saved whatsapp pics when viewed via gallery displays "no thumbnail",when i rebooted the phone all the pics were gone leaving no trace behind,what is the solution?

no. I havent played such on my phone. Beside they are very large some of them are like 2gig

How?,pls shed more light on the "safe mode" aspect.

Reboot the phone to *Safe mode*

I think the problem is from the gallery app itself,its a die-hard devil,is it possible to unistall it and replace it with any gallery app from playstore?

Hv done that serveral times,when ever i reboot the phone,all d pics vanish permanently both from gallery and file explorer
