ITbomb: You guys should stop this.
This is the top reason we have abandoned projects in the country, it is time to stop saying, this person did this or that.
If Ameachi had decided to cancel the whole thing and say they want to build standard Guage, nobody would say anything, it is an achievement to carry to completion what will benefit the citizens read the topic boss, the train has being commissioned before. |

torqque7: . yes but pit bulls are not special..they can be got easily even if u want 200 of them u can get them so they are not valuable like the lion in Nigeria and jos for that matter..and bears too can easily be found in your backyard in some states in america so they are not as special too..jos a the town that desperately needs to attract people with tourism then they are killing the little one they have left?smh its a shame...if u watch national geographic or animal planet ul see that even snakes are rescued rather than killed becos they are exotic animals let alone a lion..common India self that a tiger entered a village and still attacked people was tranquilized not killed and they have a lot of tigers in the jungles of India but they are exotic and endangered animals so they knew tranquilizer was the best option.. we really need to get our priorities right, they shouldn't have a lion when they have no tranquilizers for emergency situations.. you watch too much nat geo bros, go on youtube and see how tigers, lions elephant are killed. endangered species or not. when animals pose a threat to human life, they are taken down. A Lion trainer was attached by a lion, the lion was taken down. The report shows clearly that the lion wanted to attack the workers. Human lives comes first, every other things follow up. like a said, go on youtube and watch real life situations of "special" animal taken down. |
Science/Technology › Re: Jos Wildlife Park Lion Killed {picture} by spellingcheck(m): 9:41pm On Dec 02, 2015 |
torqque7: The jos wild life park is not really in a place where there are schools or farmers around and the park is big so the lion probably was killed around there..the issue is that a game reserve this big with wild animals of such should have tranquilizers for situations like this..this just goes to prove how incompetent the Nigerian system is but even in a sane society like the 'US' dogs especially pig bull are shot to death by officers, go on youtube you will see different videos. Even bears are killed too...it happen everywhere |
Science/Technology › Re: Jos Wildlife Park Lion Killed {picture} by spellingcheck(m): 8:41pm On Dec 02, 2015 |
torqque7: The are two different scenarios pls..do you know how difficult it would be to get another lion here?besides it was not in the mall like the bear so its not like there were people all around for it to attack..a bear is not a big deal in a place like Russia, but where will we easily get a replacement for the lion in Nigeria? but the lion could easily attack farmers, school children etc.... |

modath: All these statistics that don't reflect the reality of the citizens day to day existence are just tiring...
22nd Largest economy & youths by their 22nd bithdays are still begging parents & older relatives for small change to recharge their phones!!!! Issokay!! tell the youths to be innovative. Govt cannot provide jobs for all, we need private firms. hopefully those youths asking their dad for recharge card money will ask their dad for investment funds. |

Ephemmm: This is one of the reasons i have not taken the opposition party PDP seriously. Most of the economic backslashes we are experiencing now was inherited. The opposition will be quick to point out how bad our economy has degenerated forgetting that some of us are more intelligent and reasonable to know that the economy of a nation does not start crashing in a matter of months. It is a build up of failed policies and programmes cluelessly initiated or poorly implemented. They're always quick to point to the positives of this present administration as a programme conceived and initiated by the GEJ but will distance themselves from the mess they created. What a hypocrisy! GEJ is out bro, you probably is the type of guy that will blame your girl friend for not being a virgin before you meant her even though you knew she wasn't a virgin. 6 months and still blaming GEJ? then get out of the presidential villa and let someone who is ready to work without blame game do the job!!! quote with your initial insult |

coogar: i agree with everything you said. before typing a word here today, i knew the move would set back the progress made last night.
however, i saw some intellectual lilliputs puffing their chests, waiting to drill me with questions till i cower and admit guilt.
i have been here since & i keep hearing using my card to withdraw $4000 from the ATM. stupïd assertions like only a house owner can have a card registered to an address.
anyways, time to take my leave.
