The Niger Delta region is well taken care of, they should ask all their leaders about the 13% derivatives, the NDDC, the ministry of Niger Delta, the FG free education and overseas scholarship, the endless oil and gas scholarship that are reserved for only them, the constant monthly payment from the federal government to lawless militant e.t.c the list is endless.
