Once a project is found acceptable, the developer will be expected to submit its source code.
It is only after a project and its source code are submitted that the developer gets paid.

bamusamus: Okay guys, I am a developer too, but we work with sensitive clients and have to bid for jobs.But most of the jobs are challenging innovation requiring jobs. There are ways to ensure your job is not stolen if you are a developer.Our chances of getting future jobs is dependent our performance.
