First class is obviously what everyone strives for but it's usually the bottom of the class guys that become super rich. First class usually becomes a high paid employee (and even sometimes averagely or lowly paid) while third becomes an entrepreneur and as time goes becomes very rich. As sm1 pointed out there are many more pole in 3rd class so many are also very unsuccessful I.e continue into 3rd class or pass lives.
