can't federal or state govt's make laws against all this posters they paste on bridges and public structures? it's a big menace, dem dey deface the country wen no fine before with posters in the name of adverts and publicity.
public places are too dirty and littered in Nigeria, I was in GSM village in Abuja last month, come see the way roads in a whole FCT of Nigeria was littered with all types of rubbish, instead of attending to environmental issues like this,the FCT minister is busy demolishing public centers,harassing and arresting "indecently" dressed women up and down in Abuja.
