Its still a mystery how the west hasnt learnt over the years that sanctioning strong and big countries is always a mistake. Such countries are big enough in terms of size and population to sustain an isolation and an isolated economy. Such countries end up becoming sanction proof and learn to be self reliant and become even what they initially dont want them to be, which is become more powerful.

Sanctions only work on small population countries effectively.

Iran, China, North Korea are examples. Now they are making the same mistake with russia. After, years of that carelessness, those countries are now pulling rank together under the BRICS umbrella, to even become more sanction proof and stronger coalition that will rival NATO

nigeria has the third lowest life expectancy at 55 years while ghana has 65 years life expectancy, it means that an average nigerian is expected to die at age 55 while ghana 65, that alone tells you the difference in the quality of life in both countries.
how do you compare nigeria with the second highest number of poor people in the world, a country that is the second most terrorised country in the world and a country with the highest number of homeless people in the world to ghana? jokers.

Take Kano for instance, they voted Kwankwaso (PDP) at the state level while voting for Buhari at the Federal level in 2011, Buhari’s votes did not trickle down to the state CPC candidate, this should tell you something about 2023 when Buhari is off the ballot and power deals get brokered.
