Oga, the issue is that the CONFAB was eventually organised. He had hoped to implement it in his second term but lost.

How did GEJ mess up?

How could GEJ have implemented a CONFAB report that was submitted in the final year of that tenure?

Do you guys understand that implementing that CONFAB means changing the Nigerian constitution?

Do you also understand that the processes of changing the Nigerian constitution are so rigorous and lengthy as this involves the FG, NASS, 36 state governors and the entire 36 states Houses of Assembly.

Now, how do you expect GEJ to kick-start this entire lengthy process in an election year?
