I'm throwing this question to you because it's very important. Every time I ask, "how is Nairaland?" I'm told that it is fine. If I ask what are the challenges I'm told there are none.

So I need to talk to you guys directly about what you think is going on and what you want us to do. I have not had the confidence to make major changes on Nairaland. I have a little confidence now because of AI.

Please kindly be very strict and drastic about the tribalists making this place horrible. This is the main reason some users want to deactivate.
You come online,read a topic and when you want to comment on it, tribalistic comments immediately makes you think otherwise

Secondly your time structures should reflect the actual period of day e.g. 07 is am and 7 or 19 is pm. Seeing 07 in the evening on the forum is not right. Please note this.

That kid is not the only one wasting in the streets and roads of Lagos state,there are many of his age wasting away on the roads of Lagos.
That mile 2 is very notorious and the boys operate in brazen boldness even in the presence of authorities. They operate as agberoes and other forms of extortions, harassing truck and trailer drivers and anyone driving it towing tokunboh cars just cleared from the terminals. Most annoying is the harassment they mete out to those carrier bike guys.
I am sure obi only gave the kid something as an encouragement for the kid to venture into something more responsible while having youth empowerment in the broader picture.

Mind you,these kids operating at Lagos roads have godfathers or main Oga they settle at the end of their "daily" hussles and you will be in deep shtt if you disobey which is most likely the case here.

The question you should be asking is,why the Lagos state govt allow these people,kids operate with reckless behaviour and abandon for years and counting instead of heaping blames on Peter Obi.
