Peter Obi never believed in democracy. When the likes of president Tinubu was fighting for the returning of democracy back to Nigeria during Abacha period, Peter Obi didn't believe in democracy hence got appointed as one of the board in Lagos port.

This same Peter Obi did not conduct local government election in Anambra state for good 7 years, the last 1 year that the election was conducted, it was forced by court.

How would you rate Peter Obi regarding not conducting local government election for 7 years?
