twinskenny: I am not a builder but we usually work with building contractors... i think the first thing to get now is the plan for the house.. get a good archy to help draw a plan... then also draw out the cost of each stage starting from foundation..Thanks soo much bro @twinskenny : am gratefuk for ur words bro , the plan of the house will be out in few days , will uplaod it here asap , am just concerned not to get ripped off by a builder , but. Half plot , and intends to erect 2bedroom/parlour and 1room S/C (that means will hav 2 tenants down stairs) and then have my 4bedroom duplex on top. Airtel is the best so far for my ikeja office and also for my egbeda axis ,, I used glo before , but. Was very poor in ikeja, hhv beenn using airtel for 2 months now , infact its da bomb ----- me likey |

@manager007, brother indeed u are filled with good informative talent, i am currently making plans for my wife to go put to bed in SA. pls advice if there are posibilty of my child getting an SA passport or is there any way it adds possitive impact in d childs future . Pls note that am not relocating over to SA, JUST for a family trip of my 4yr daughter ,my pregnant wife and myself. Pls advice bro. |
