What I said was that it's so totally wrong for him to rush to ask for my account number for refund,while at the past he was the one giving out account number soliciting for payments from everyone, it's wrong for him to jump the issue and offer to throw money at my face..... let's call a spade a spade

To me there is no need for all this, try and give spydder880 a call and discuses with him, this guy you are talking about is simple and easy going person, personally i have done business with him and he is not that type that like cheating people, it will just be a simple understanding between two of you.

If u cancelled my payment, why did u go ahead and kept the money with u all these while, without announcing it here for the person being me to send my account for refund back then, u even sold the second layout and still had the money with u in ur account, back then u were soliciting for funds, and the funds was raised by all, now u need not the fund anylonger, u now rush for refund even when I didn't ask for it yet...

Brother, I respect people and mind my lane but not when u treat someone as if they are dumbfools... my plot is no 55 the old and first layout u brought online here.......

I was ur pioneer clients who paid into ur account without even knowing u in real life....

If u had all the money back then, am a million % sure u would have bought and paid in full for the land, and then resell to us according to ur own price tag.....

So pls show some respect and humane..

Something is happening around this land. Some families have called in surveyors and divided their virgin land ready for development. The lands shares a common boundary with our estate.

After being among the first 5 people that paid for the land, so cos I didn't pay for the survey, that amounts to cancellation of the land which was paid in full.
I even travelled down to enugu cos of this same plot, and we both drove with my in laws vehicle into this particular land and we both went through the bush and trekked together, something unfortunate happened I, even came here to seek for help which ifyalways wished me well and wished me speedy financial recovery,
All through then I have gone through the pages here, I never spot a place where my plot 55 was re-advertised for another person to commit or pay, why now that the estate is sold out, we took the risk of being the first 5 that patronized the scheme, then cos I am yet to pay for survey which u categorically stated back then, that we get the survey after we pay 130,000. ,it now automatically denies me of the land wish I raised money to pay for..

You mentioning to refund me the 400k as soon as I came back online means u have long ago decided that without even considering the fact that back then 400k was worth 1,600$. But now u rushing to refund it, it's not worth more than 824$.

Very sure, u can get that, up and down, by adding an external stair case, or just a bungalow, meanwhile to maximize space, u can have a suspended slab(decking), using part of the ground floor as parking lot,and upstairs cum ground floor, having a duplex or mini flat down, and 4/3 bedroom upstairs
