Must confess your unique designs speaks volume..
I have a land of 60x100ft... And its d 3rd plot from d entrance to d street.. Can this hotel design fit in.. (Knowing fully well that enough parking space is what drives d business) and in did case the entrance should be from d 60ft angle... If u can convince me with more detailed pictures ...I can assure u am working with u on my next project.... Cos have been seriously wanting to use that plot of land for hotel business . that will have roof top bar.. Just to allow more space for parking bro...

As long as a company is registered with the CAC of his host country , he can operate within that jurisdiction , (hence your lawyer alwways go for search during company registration)

We just cleared the land area for demacation, i really have an issue here , i went to make apply formy building approval and i was told that the new law now demands that i must have a C of O first before i come for building approval.

PLEASE HOW TRUE IS THIS AND WHATS MY FATE SINCE WE ALL KNOW THAT C OF O TAKES A SWEAT TO GET

yes thanks bro . The entrance of the building is from the left . Looking at dis attched pic here the house wikk be facing the street in this manner. As for the wall its just a proposed but not compulsery demacation btwn d landlord and tenants

jam04: @ Segcy.moor: there are some areas in iyana ipaja where soil test might be needed. i know this because there are some sites we have difficulty accessing with our trucks at iyana ipaja and in one case, we got stuck in the sand and had to wait for another truck to pull us out. so please do not write off soil test yet until you visit the site physically

As for the soil. Yes i gues this area is very solid and alsi the proposed site is in a hilly area . Am not forseeing flood risk though i intend to fill the back side cos the land sloped backwards a bit so i think there is need for the back to be filled up to slope outward for rain water outflow

I am yet to get a builder for this projects . I just contracted the architect to draw what has always been my style . But i hav more confidence in this forum based on building expertise . Cos of the matured contributions i hav beeen following here esp @segcy.more, @spyder80, @chekitout @ brabus and host of others .
