I think at this juncture we should have made the a commitment on this land ... With all due respect oga spyder80. Time on land acquisition isn't much on our side, still acknowledging the fact that there is no rush in buying land, but i still insist that for a land like this and as massive as this, by now you would have made a binding financial commitment with the owners.. While we round up on this stage..

But pls in order to erase any last minute confusion I suggest that immediate documentation and pasting on this platform for already paid plots (each bearing the initial of the owner) will be very very important...
Cos I have witnessed this kind of last minutes rush hour that might create confusion whereby if mr A paid for plot 3 and at the end the plot was also allocated to mr D....
Its very important I must re emphasis....

I believe that the only very good point I noted out from d critic here if for this beautiful estate to be what other estates posses , it must have an entrance as spacious as this pic....
One sweet thing in life is to copy what's good from people around us...
Irrespective of how deep the land might be.. Once its so fulfilling, people will always rush there to live and have peace of mind

Am suggesting
1: maybe you recreate a 3D design that will display an aerial view and GEO location display maybe starting from the airport or orie emene as mentioned before... So people can have a clearer and attracting urge to invest on this our estate

2: to also market this estate OUTSIDE this nairaland platform... Cos we are all different individuals with diverse interest.. People making contributions here might not necessarily be the ones that will make the move to put their money down to make this estate a reality...(not that they oppose it ,but might not just be their area of interest)

3: that we try our best to create a master plan on FENCING THIS ESTATE ALL ROUND WITH 2 MAJOR ENTRANCE gates...(this is what drives security minded investors)
And to start planting those royal palm as soon as the road map is cleared out.... NOTHIN ATTRACTS MORE THAN AESTHETIC VIEW in an estate. No matter how deep inside it may look or appear

4:.. Lastly I suggest that the whole drainage water flow should be done before hand just as some estates here in ajaa lagos.... So each plot owner will just build and connect his or her drainage pipe into the drainage system in front of his plot... (This is the only way to take care of water logged areas in the future ..since there is a water way closed to the estate

The first 3 plots of land in this planned estate has been sold. The buyer is one of the depositors who bought from us from the Ogbeke lands initiative of last year. He chose plot numbers 13, 15 and 16 from the layout plan I placed above. Another caller has asked that I reserve for him plot number 29 for payment tomorrow.

I know this will be a success, we have got no reason not to make this an estate to beat. I am keeping my promise of first to pay, first to pick his plots, let us all seize this opportunity and invest for the future. We only have about 54 plots remaining now. Thank you all.

Good that we are talking about all these, that has been my plan yesterday, to get all of us to make contributions before we agree on the way to go. Surely I have a plan about this estate, and it goes like this; that this estate should be planned to provide the need of most buyers and attract more attention by the straightforward way we execute the plans.

I had planned that the payments will cover the acquisition and even the initial development like the creation of roads and provision of electricity for those who want to develop their lands immediately. The amount allocated for application fee is supposed to take care of most management costs, and initial payments for things like the estate plans we are talking about now.(of course I have been spending some money already, introduction drinks for the community and "bush entry" fees) Everything is planned to work perfectly. There is little fear that anything could disrupt this plan, the promoters are continually being checked and rechecked. There is no cause for alarm.

I will pay the initial deposit for the estate plans tomorrow. I want to see if I can have this plan before the end of this week. I will work with the designers to secure spaces allotted for a school, shopping space and church, hospital, estate office.
