FamilyRe: 6 Months After Marriage. Still No Sex. by spyroxy1(m): 7:45am On Nov 15, 2012
lecturerdabo: As good as faith is, it does not take the place of honesty cos they are different. Your man ought to have filled you in before the marriage and then ask for your support if you can but now I SEE THE WHOLE PROCESS AS A SHAM!
A situation where people hide under the guise of religion to cover their sins is as bad as it can get.

Was he already a pastor before he became impotent or impotent before becoming a pastor? If the latter then, He is not even qualified to be a pastor cos he saw priesthood as a means of escape from shame and now thinks the congregation and other pastors who are watching him can be fooled by marrying you as house keeper.
WELL THE DECISION IS YOUR
IF YOUR FAITH CAN CARRY STANDING WITH HIM AND YOU STILL LOVE HIM GO AHEAD!
IF YOU CAN SACRIFICE YOUR JOY TO KEEP HIS SHAME, THAT WILL BE GREAT! AFTER ALL THAT IS WHAT LOVE IS ALL ABOUT BUT BE WARNED THAT THERE WILL BE FRUSTRATING MOMENTS AHEAD!

BUT IF NOT,
THE MARRIAGE WAS A FAILURE FROM THE BEGINNING SO, FIND YOUR EXIT ROUTE!

My 1kobo
wishing you the best!
You make sense no be small.....

PropertiesRe: 3 Crucial Tips To Observe Before Renting A House In Lagos by spyroxy1(m): 1:03pm On Nov 13, 2012
Etemma1: Renting a house in Lagos can be really tasking and frustrating, and not forgetting the presence of fraudsters and scammers who will stop at nothing just to manipulate naïve victims. So if you’re out there and you’re considering renting a house in Lagos, I would suggest you consider these 3 tips below seriously; for they would not just be helpful to you in securing a house, but would also aid you in getting a place you can call your home in a city like Lagos.

Be specific in your choice of a location
The first factor is to be sure of what you want exactly. Are you the reserved type whose priority in an environment revolves around solitude and “mind your business”? Or you’re the type who feels comfortable with noise and numbers. In any case, you need to define what you want so as to be able to filter out the location that best suites your person. For those who are particular about exclusivity, you could choose to live in areas like Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Omole Estate phase II, Magodo GRA, Ikeja GRA. Another consideration could be for those wanting to live in lively and noisy areas like Mushin, Ikeja central, Yaba, Oshodi, Gbagada, Anthony, etc. Alternatively, you may want an area where the living cost is somewhat low like the outskirts which include Badagry, Agbado Ijaiye, etc.

Detailed research on your choice location
This is probably the most important factor to consider. You need to realize that your living space is where all that pertains to you will be centred at. Do not be in a hurry, even when you’re under pressure. You need to ask the right questions from already living residents about your choice area. Ensure you find out the market worth of the apartment, so you don’t end up spending beyond your budget. You also need to be wary of fraudulent people who are always on the look out for gullible victims.

Park in once you’re done with all the formalities and payment
The moment you’re done with paying the rent and all paper work fulfilled, move in immediately. When I say move in immediately, it includes doing so even without the purchase of furnitures or house basics. This may sound like a crazy move to do, but trust me, it’s a very good advice considering the nature of most Landlords in Lagos especially in the mainlands.

Car TalkRe: What Causes A Car To Start Consuming Fuel Excessively by spyroxy1(m):
Chynx: Nice one Siena. You ar too good!
Kindly advise me on this issue:
My car (Nissan Altima 2.5s 2002 model) no longer accelerates as usual. When driving normally, it always drags when I try to move faster except I step hard on d gas pedal then I get this roar and subsequent surge 4wrd with serious muscle.
I have serviced d injector, changed d fuel pump and washed d fuel filters, yet no improvement has been noticed. In addition, my car no swallows fuel more than I gozzle beer. Your professional advice will be very much welcome.

2ndly, I have always suffered dis noise from d front legs each time t drive on rough surfaces like inter-locking tiles. I have changed my 4 shock absorbers, lower arms and thyroids and painfully, d noise hasnt stopped.

Please help me out on this.
My email is c4mine@yahoo.com
May God bless u.
