Start combing your friends and seeing what they do.

Look for skills to learn from them except fraud.

If I become president I will make a law that fraud will land you in 5 years jail term and no option of fine and also the forfeiture of all your wealth.

We can not build a nation where youths will see fraud and hook up as way.

I will be like peter Obi.

Peter Obi na another major fraud and hook up politician, wey dey jump from one party to another like ashawo. Better say u be like Tinubu.

You're the one who is unprofessional not the candidates. Once you give a call, you immediately introduce yourself and why you're calling before they utter a word. "Good morning. My name is Femi. I'm calling regarding an application you made to...... for the position of..... Is this....?"

Not "Hello, how are you?" it's within their right to be cautious to someone whom they can't ascertain is on the line. You could be a scammer trying to steal some of their details. In fact, in this day an age, with AI, some scammers require just a sample of your voice and they will be able to authorise and meander through major security checks. So because of your unprofessional ways and 80k job. They should always lose guard.

The point about them not remembering they applied to your work means you're not aware of the realities of hiring. So you expect them to make only one application once per month for a company that might not even acknowledge your application or make them in hundreds per day. It's clear you don't know it's both a game of numbers for the recruiter and the applicant.

In a normal professional setting, you're meant to email these candidates, informing them of suitable dates or time for a phone call. Not just call whenever and be say they didn't pick up.

It's clear that because you were retained after NYSC, you have no idea how recruiting and job applications work. Arrogance and ignorance.

Thanks for this input. He is trying to act righteous cos he does not know how real life is for job seekers. Common HR officer dey act like God, he wants job seekers to be perfect as if he is perfect.

You know nothing about politics, local or international.
at least I know that Russia will definitely lose any war they wish they fight in Niger republic. They're far from home.

Nigeria has more influence and resources than Niger. If the war is between Nigeria and Niger republic, and Russia being the only pronounced ally of niger republic, Nigeria will win on clean sheet.

Dem never fit win their war against Ukraine na the one for Niger Dem go come win.
If ECOWAS decides to really attack Niger republic, Both NATO, China and some Arabian countries will support ECOWAS.

The reason is because they all want to do business with Nigeria. And supporting Nigeria in any war will open more doors for future business opportunities.

Russia will loose terribly in that war. They shouldn't even think about it.

Moreover, what's even so special about Niger republic that we should be wasting military resources on them 🧐

They're quickly going to marry another woman who might end up mistreating the children.

That's why most African children whose mothers die first, leaving them with their fathers tend to suffer more than children whose fathers die first, leaving them with their mothers.

Some fathers would even kick their children out of the house after their mothers die just so they could please their new wives.
you have a point.

Romance / Question for Men Who crave for supportive wives. by squash47(m): 6:52pm On Aug 20, 2023
Lately, I have been reading posts about men saying their women must provide something for their family. Like, help pay children's school fees, feedings, house rents and other stuffs.
And I got curious.

So, as a man, if you marry a woman and God forbid, she dies and leave you alone with the kids, won't you be able to take good care of yourself and your children without her support?

No one prays for evil, but let's be real, bad things happen.
So, men,if your wife dies now leaving you and the kids, how are you going to manage the situation ?

The real value of dollar to naira is less than N200.

The petroleum products import put lots of pressure on naira and constantly crashes it.

All past managers of nnpc in the last 20 years should face trial and persecution and all past petroleum ministers from 1999 till date should face sanctions and jail term .

Put our refineries in good shape and let us produce our own petroleum products..

Naira will bounce back to about N200 and the economy will become very productive.

What do you advise we do the former minister of petroleum.
