Pencom are not transparent themselves.. After doing verification and documentation for pensioners,, they are yet to commence payment before,,even majority who worked with the ministry of agriculture are yet to receive their gratuity .. and sometimes delays in receiving their monthly pensions.... Please someone should advice me here before I die of depression. I have a very bad mouthed and negativity father, his words are harsh and all that comes out from his mouth concerning his children are negative. Any small mistake we make the whole neighbourhood will hear and what we did. Even when we do good, he ridicules our goodness.
