Politics › Re: Is Fashola Right To Say We Only Need Sanitizers For Bacteria And Not Viruses? by StaffofOrayan(m): 7:45am On Mar 25, 2020
Dude!
You would make a patient teacher/educator
If that dude still continues to argue,
Please move on

NGpatriot:
1. Sanitizers are antibacterial, not an antivirus, Fashola was 100% CORRECT and there's not a single sanitizer out here that says antivirus sanitizer because they are antibacterial regardless of what other things you use it for.

2. Regardless of access to soap and water or not, it doesn't change the fact that hand washing is far superior and more effective than hand sanitizers..

3. Yes, hand sanitizers are provided as alternatives, but they are not effective, they give you nothing but a false sense of protection, this is why the CDC put out advisories to highlight the superior effect and effectiveness of handwashing over sanitizers.

4. Again, Fashola was 100% correct and the CDC agreed with him.

5. Fashola never said you should not use sanitizers, he only highlighted the fact that it's antibacterial, rightfully so, a perfect and correct statement. He also emphasized the importance and better effect of handwashing.

6. This is why my first post in this thread referenced poor comprehension on other people's part, they either did not watch the video or did but didn't comprehend.

I use sanitizers, but with the understanding that I'm not 100% protected and still must be careful and vigilant until I'm able to do proper handwashing with soap and water.

Instead of losing sleep over this issue, stick to what you believe in, stick to sanitizers and let other people stick to handwashing, it's your choice.

Btw, I'm not a lawyer or a doctor, but I know a lot about this virus, about how to protect myself and what I need to do either per handwashing or sanitizer, this is common sense and you don't have to be a lawyer or doctor to know all that.

Tallesty1:
Tribalism is patriotism in its truest form.

Nigerians are not tribalists, they're patriots to their individual nations that are forced into one country.

A tribalistic Yoruba person is a patriotic Odua person,
Same with an Igbo, tribalist in their eyes of Nigeria but a patriot in the eyes of Biafra. Same with hausa and others.

Our problem is not Tribalism, our problem is our diversity

Which tribe seems to be so interested in Land use act and waterway bill that these Fulanis?
The only feudal tribe left in the Nigeria

DUMMY

Blue3k:
Other sectors like entertainment industry. The fact they wouldn't is also due to monetary policy. Abuja had federal money flowing in clown and investment. You already see how land use act hinders investment and drives up transaction cost.

Mumu Canada practices free hold system like Im advocating. You're proving my point showing Canada has individual ownership unlike Nigeria. They practice same system as the United States and UK. Lol your foolishness is too much. Read the article before trying to argue. Nobody said the government couldnt own land. Continue to be a mumu for your governor.

Politics › Re: Why The Land Use Act Needs To Be Repealed by StaffofOrayan(m): 1:33pm On Mar 20, 2020
Which sector of Nigeria has adequate financing?
Are you going to blame Nigeria's housing shortage of this particular bill?
It's funny how Abuja was able to develop so fast DESPITE the bill.
Fulani man you are quoting Canada? That's your biggest mistake.

Once again you are a DUMMY

Blue3k:
The governor is not suppsed to be your Surrogate daddy loser. The fact he's a representative doesn't mean he should have Authority over land assets. Lol do you want the governor to control financial assets aswell?

Government and individual investors buy land all over the place. The japanese did the same in the 80s in the us. The chinese do it now in Canada and Australia. They'll simply bid up the price and help those hungry Africans. The government csn also dissuade rampant foreign ownership with laws and taxation on their purchases like Canada does.

They state is not better custodians of land clown. You can see it in the failure of them to develop farming sector and real estate sector. The rampant housing shortage in Nigeria is an effect this bad law. Your paranoid delusions and emotional appeals dont dispute facts. Lol you actually are a mumu for your governor.

A hungry people like Nigerians would gladly sell EVERYTHING they have for food, a state govt is at least a better custodian till the pride of the land matches economic realities!

A useless fulani led government would have simply used our collective purse to buy land of an improvised people in the name of RUGA

WE ARE ONTO YOU STUPIDD DUMMY

Blue3k:
That's a stupid arguement. Nobody loses anything because the land until they sell. The governor can already confiscate land for what ever reason. Prolonging use laws only harms investment in sector wheather you're selling or not.

None of that matters to you because you actually care about the economy or individual liberty. Most of you too dense for your own. First it's about ruga then you shifted goal post. Continue to be a mumu for your state governor.
