I went to Power Holding Companies of Nigeria (PHCN) office in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, today, and met it under lock and key. A staff i contacted on phone said they are on strike. Can someone confirm if the strike is nationwide and the reason for it? Do post the situation in your area.
