amdman: We appreciate all the feedback above, and we will continue to do our best to improve our processes. However, we can state categorically that our response to enquiries has greatly improved as we respond to most enquiries within 24hrs, particularly enquiries from those that have made any form of downpayment.
The COVID situation is greatly impacting how business is done globally and we are rapidly adjusting to the situation as it develops. The resultant lockdown and quarantine procedures is worsening business operations, particularly as it relates to Nigerian ports. Before COVID, the ports were already congested. Today, the ports are practically full as more containers have been discharged compared to the number cleared out. Our strategy has been to start some of the processes before the container is discharged, so that we can fast track the process and get our containers out as quickly as possible, more so as every additional day a container remains in the ports is more cost for us.
Whilst some cars will be out this week, we expect that most of our customers with overdue delivery dates will receive their cars next week. We appreciate your patience so far and you can count on us to do our utmost to serve you. Thanks Amdman. |

yehmy: Hello sir, you should be familiar with my moniker on here because I am a very huge fan of your work, we have been seeing complain about your communication skills with people which alot of people have complained about and you promise to work on it. As much as we know you have been transparent enough with people on here which made you gain alot of trust from people including myself. You need to make sure you don't lose that trust and respect we all have for you.
I will like you to work on your communication with your customers that have already paid their dues so they can be rest assured everything is fine and even if there's need to come out clean to them on the delay you are facing about their cars. That way you can give them peace of mind and also gain confidence through your customer service rendered and it will go a long way.
Peace and love. Amdman try and do better......hire a customer care staff if you must. Also remove that auto reply (if it's still there), it doesn't help. No let this complain spoil matter before you wake up to address it. |

Diegobonito: Sorry to say but this thread is overhyped somehow, even the owner doesn't reply most messages, lol God knows i'll never patronize such a dealer. It's good cars and i don't have a car yet but i don't think i'll take 85% of cars posted here, this one be say you go buy car come dey admire another car that passes by, God forbid o. They're good cars nonetheless but i've got taste, i'd rather save for a year and fork out 3.5m and buy a modern car with fine interior (It matters the most) than buy most of the ugly looking cars with ugly interior i see here. Nice cars though for people with a budget. It's my opinion but insults are welcomed. Oga, you are entitled to your opinion, but I beg to disagree...the thread is not over hyped. Those of us that have benefited can testify. Even some people yet to buy cars can testify. This thread gives hope (to an extent) to people out there that they too can own clean cars. I know the joy I had when I first encountered this thread. I quickly told my wife, "Baby we will own a nice car earlier than we thought". And it has come to pass. If you don't like the cars you see here...chat him up with your budget. If he doesn't respond, roast him here |

amdman: We apologize for this experience. It is of serious concern to us that there are many complaints like yours. Please bear with us in the meantime as we plan to roll out some changes when COVID-19 blows over. Amdman you really need to improve your response time, the complains are getting too many. Personally, I chose not to message him frequently immediately after my car was shipped. At least that should create chance for you to attend to new customers. Just try and do better....I don't think it's really something you can't do. You can read messages, and say I'll respond in XX days, depending on the inquiry.....instead of not reading or not responding at all |

Kai, so many clowns on this thread walahi.
The bros posted some cars about a week ago....within budget of the thread some people no buy.
Others decided to contact him personally, told him what they want and he got it for them.
Always think again before you post.
Amdman biggest wahala na lateness to reply messages, that is what he needs to improve.
If he post those cars at over 1.2m, people go still complain say that is not the theme of the thread.
Business no easy sha. |

Philadelphia: So I suggest you begin going downstairs now before the end of April so that you can send us pictures of your car when it arrives. You know that "downstairs" now sometimes may take time to reach. Not posting any pictures. It's either you are buying or not. |

Philadelphia: I've already engaged Amdman already. But I'm sure you're a windowshopper. You're not part of the "others" who are buying. Funny you bro. My car (from Amdman) is landing end of April. I am already looking for the second one I'll buy after first one lands |

Even if he post pictures, you will still request for pics from the next testimony.

xreal: Oh, I now understand him.
Even Toyota (as a company) can’t imagine the kind of patronage they have in naija. Toyota ain't feeling Nigeria's patronage cos most Nigerians buy used cars. Toyota would have set up in Nigeria by now if we were buying new Toyotas. My opinion |

My transaction may be easier now bcus i now have my sister and brother in law settled their last yr and they got their permanent stay and I may be ready to get my new vehicle now from you. So easy for me now. My sister is based in Toronto i think I don't think this is necessary. If you want to feel more comfortable, your sister can buy and ship your car for you. Alternatively, you can chat up Amdman and work things out. |

You need IELTS Academic or PTE for qualification assessment. Thank you |

Saw this thread today for the first time even though I come to Auto section at least 3 days each week.
I've read from page 1 to 45 (took me all day) and I commend amdman and all other contributors on this amazing thread.
I will definitely do business with amdman in November or sooner (if new money lands faster).
Please keep up the good work. |
