Rescue teams find $2 Million cash belonging to one of the Earthquake victims in Turkey (video)

Search and rescue team have discovered $2 million dollars buried under the rubble of one of the collapsed buildings in Turkey following the earthquake that rocked the region.

In a video shared online, the team were seen picking the money from the ground, counting it, and putting it into a duffel bag.

The cash is suspected to belong to one of the victims of the earthquakes that occurred on February 6 in Turkey and Syria.

The death toll from the quake currently stands at over 46,000 lives lost, in what the Turkish President, Recep Erdogan, has described as “the disaster of the century.”

A young man who got his heart broken by his girlfriend returned to his hostel room to weep but he received an unexpected welcome party.

His friends and roomates chose to tease him by singing a heartbreak song instead of consoling him after being dumped.

In a video which surfaced online, the heartbroken guy laid down on his bed looking gloomy and sad but his friend were energised enough to lighten up with mood.

They sang Lucid Dreams by late American rapper, Juice WRLD, and even added dance moves like it was a party.

However, despite all they did to probably cheer him up, the guy in question did not move an inch from his bed.

Nigerian man confronts his fellow Nigerian for not responding to his greetings in Ireland (video)

A video of a Nigerian man angrily confronting his fellow Nigerian for not responding to his greetings in Ireland, has made the rounds on social media.



In the video, a black man is seen saying he loves greeting other black men living in Ireland but most of them refuse to acknowledge his greetings. He met another black man who he greeted and did not respond, and on further inquiry, told him that he is Nigerian. The man couldn't hide his displeasure that his fellow Nigerian couldn't respond to his greeting.

Man caught trying to dispose of his alleged girlfriend's chopped up body in South Africa (video)

A 38-year-old man has been arrested after being caught at a Barberton dumping site in Mpumalanga, South Africa on Sunday, pushing a trolley which had a 19-year-old woman’s body wrapped inside a bag.
Police in a statement on Monday, February 20, said the suspicious-looking man caught the attention of three women when they saw him pushing a trolley that seemed heavy for him.

The women stopped a taxi operator at traffic lights and requested him to assist in investigating. When the suspect saw them, the bag fell from the trolley. The bag was opened by one of the concerned citizens and a woman’s body was found inside,” said Mpumalanga police spokesperson Brig Selvy Mohlala on Monday.
He said police in Barberton were called, and when they arrived they found community members had assaulted the suspect.

“Officers managed to calm the situation and the suspect was rescued from the angry mob. He was arrested and taken to hospital to receive treatment under police guard,” said Mohlala.

He said the motive and cause of death are yet to be established and a post-mortem will be conducted.

Meanwhile the Provincial Commissioner of the SAPS in Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Semakaleng Daphney Manamela has strongly condemned this incident whilst appreciating the citizens who played a vital role in uncovering this tragedy.

Lagos police arrests caregiver caught on tape physically abusing a child at a creche (video)

The spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, says a caregiver who was caught on camera assaulting a child in a creche has been arrested.

In a viral video, the caregiver could be seen beating the child for pooing on herself. The beating intensified when the child's poo stained the caregiver's dress.

Neighbours recorded the incident and shared the video online. Following the public outcry, the police went in search of the caregiver and arrested her. Confirming her arrest, Hundeyin in a tweet wrote

‘’She has been arrested.

Crèche owners need to do better screening of their staff.

People entrust their little lovelies to you.''

Selena Gomez has reacted to the insensitive comments that social media users are making about her recent weight gain.

The actress/singer went on TikTok Live to share why her weight has been fluctuating.

Gomez, who has been battling Lupus — an autoimmune illness — which causes inflammation and pain in certain parts of the body, admitted that her medications leads to weight gain.

Because Lupus tends to make the body’s immune system attack its own tissues and organs, Selena has to regularly take medications to decrease the activity of overactive white blood cells.

Sadly, common side effects of the medication include vomiting, headaches, hair loss, scarring, and weight gain.

In her Live video, she explained to people that her medication is causing her to retain a lot of water weight.

She said: “When I’m taking it, I tend to hold a lot of water weight, and that happens very normally. When I’m off of it, I tend to kind of lose weight.”

Selena added that worrying about other people’s thoughts about her body would be ridiculous since she prioritizes her health over everything else.

“Yeah, we have days where maybe we feel like s**t, but I would much rather be healthy and take care of myself. My medications are important, and I believe that they’re what helps me,” she added.

A newly wed man has lamented after seeing the nature of the naira notes that guests sprayed during his wedding reception in Benin, Edo State.

He showed off N10, N20 and N50 naira notes that he gathered after the occasion and noticed that most of them were partly torn or faded.

He called out the guests for being insensitive by eating food he spent money to make available only for them to give him damaged naira notes that he cannot spend.

In a video posted online, he asked the attendees if they have an idea of how much he rented the hall that was used for the wedding.

“See wetin una dey spend for Benin shey na money be this, Una come wedding una chop still pack drinks but see wetin una dey spread…For una eyes now una don spend money,” he lamented.

Days after revealing her surprise pregnancy, Rihanna posed up a storm with her rapper beau, 34, and their nine-month-old son they featured on the cover of Vogue's March issue.

Speaking to the magazine, Rihanna gushed that Rocky is her 'best friend' and described motherhood as 'everything' as she admitted she can't remember what her life was like before having her son in May 2022.

She said of becoming a mother: 'It's everything, you really don't remember life before, that's the craziest thing ever.'

Rihanna said her first few months as a mother were a rollercoaster and described giving birth as a 'head-f**k', saying she couldn't believe she entered the hospital pregnant and left with a baby.

Rihanna admitted that having a child has also made her reevaluate a lot as she described raising her son as one of the 'scariest' responsibilities ever in her life.
She said: 'Raising a young Black man is one of the scariest responsibilities in life [...] 'You're like, 'What am I leaving my kids to? This is the planet they're gonna be living on?'

Despite the challenges of motherhood, Rihanna insisted it has only brought her and her partner Rocky closer as she said they are 'best friends with a baby'.

A female patient has been saved from committing suicide at Parirenyatwa Hospital in Harere, Zimbabwe.

The woman whose identity is currently unknown reportedly tried to commit suicide on Monday morning, by jumping from the second floor of the hospital.

She was however stopped from carrying on with the suicide. A ladder was put up to try and assist her to get down to the ground. Some people inside the hospital were also seen trying to assist her from the window.

The lifeless body of a teenage boy was on Monday, February 13, found in Rumde ward behind Yola North Local government Secretariat Jimeta, Adamawa State with his tongue and eyes removed by yet-to-be-identified suspected ritualists.

According to police investigations, the victim was a pupil of one of the Tsangaya Islamiyya Schools situated in the community where the incident happened.

Some residents of Rumde ward who preferred anonymity said they heard the victim crying for help but thought he was being disciplined by an elder.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, said the investigation has commenced unraveling the cause of the incident to track down the culprits, stressing that the corpse of the boy was taken to the hospital for autopsy.

A Nigerian man living in Scotland has been captured on tape recreating a scene that is peculiar to bus transit in Nigeria.


He demonstrated how local herbs and drug vendors market their products on commercial buses in Lagos.

The young man brought out a bottle of aboniki which is an ointment meant for soothing pains and relieving joints, and began to list the benefits to foreigners on the bus he boarded.

He spoke Yoruba in the same manner some of the herbal distributors speak while trying to convince people to buy either a local drug or ointment.d.s. mentioned the prices of the balm in pounds and said they are affordable.

Nigerians on the bus which seemed to be heading to Union Street, Aberdeen participated in the hilarious display which also entertained white passengers.

Peter Obi's supporters attacked with machetes while waiting for the Labour Party Presidential candidate's arrival at TBS Lagos (video)

Political thugs attacked Labour Party supporters who were waiting at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos for the arrival of Peter Obi, the Labour Party's Presidential candidate.

Peter Obi visited Alaba, Lagos, today, Feb. 11, after which he headed towards TBS where supporters were waiting for him.

However, many Labour Party supporters making their way to TBS were attacked by political thugs wielding machetes and other harmful objects.Their cars were also destroyed with stones.

Medical personnel at TBS had their hands full as they attended to the injured.

Condemning the attack, Dele Momodu, a supporter of the PDP Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar said there is no reason for the violence.

A video which stirred hilarity when it occurred shows the moment a pastor accidentally exposed himself to ridicule.

He visited an ATM point to withdraw and decided to engage customers on the queue in a conversation when he suddenly let condoms fall out of his pocket.

In what seemed like a prank, the evengelist who held a bible while rocking suit, pleaded with people on the line to allow him to use the machine first.

However, as he was talking with a woman who protested and informed him that she is a pastor’s wife, he dipped his hand in his pocket and brought out a handkerchief to wipe his sweaty face.


In the process sachets of condoms that were in his pocket fell on the floor caused eyewitnesses to burst out laughing.

He bent down to pick them one after the other as and only one guy lent a helping hand as other screamed in disbelief. When he was done, the pastor tried to continue waiting for his turn but people kept teasing him so he briskly walked away.

An accident involving a trailer, an 18-seater bus belonging to GUO motors, a Sienna car, Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Matrix car occured in the early hours of Thursday, Feb. 9, on the Kara Bridge axis of Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

According to eye witness report, the trailer rammed the vehicles from behind which led to the Toyota Matrix car falling off the bridge.

The number of casualties is currently unknown. However, the unconscious body of a hawker was seen lying on the road.

He had apperently been placing bets on numerous occasions in the past but his ticket kept cutting.

When he finally won an undisclosed sum of money, the man fell to the floor in disbelief and smiled from cheek to cheek.

The man then stood up and started dancing in jubilation as people in the betting centre hailed.

He said that he had been praying for the games to enter and when it did, he vowed to use the money to settle some outstanding debts.

Drama ensues as man refuses to pay after eating at Portable's restaurant (Watch video)

The restaurant owned by musician, Portable witnessed an unusually intense activity when a content creator played a prank.

The prankster known as Kopa Respect visited Portable’s Odogwu Bar and Restaurant in Sango Ota, Ogun state and after eating he refused to pay.

As it happens, the vocal singer was present when the incident happened and it led to a scene being created when his staff informed him of the development.

In a video posted by Tunde Ednut, the Zazuu star could be seen querying Kopa Respect over his refusal to pay his bill after eating food at the restaurant.

After the exchange, Portable decided to let the content creator leave without paying. However, Kopa Respect acted like he wanted to go out but he later confessed it was a prank which left everyone including the singer laughing.

There was a shocking drama in a community in Sierra Leone when a corpse which was being taken to its final resting place refused to be buried but instead directed those carrying the coffin to the house of the person who killed her.

In a viral video that has emerged to that effect, the pallbearers and undertakers could be seen being spiritually led to the house of the alleged murderer in Kent, Freetown, capital of Sierra Leone.

The corpse made several attempts to enter the said house of its murderer on the day of her funeral.

In a video shared by Sierraloaded, a group of men was seen carrying a coffin and a strange force was taking them towards the entrance of a house.

According to the witnesses, the corpse is said to be a victim of ritual murder in Kent Village, and the house it was entering was alleged to be that of the ritualist that murdered her.

Though many have doubted the authenticity of the video and the incident, others who responded to the post said it was possible with many citing instances where such happened.

Prostitute fights customer to demand payment after he refused to settle his debts [video]

A video of a prostitute fighting a customer for not paying her after engaging her services has set tongues wagging on social media.

According to the narration from the lady in the video, the said man engaged her services some time ago and didn’t pay him. The man promised her he will be sending her money and for some reasons, she agreed to the terms.

She said the man has been ignoring her calls and texts ever since that day and has refused to honor his part of the deal which is sending her money on a later date. She added that the man has been hiding himself from her until she has been able to grab him on the faithful day.

Initially, the man wanted to prove smart by pretending he doesn’t know the street hooker from anywhere and told her to leave him alone when she first got hold of him.

But later realized he has to play it cool when the street hooker was not ready to let him go without paying her the money.

According to the street hooker, both she and man (who was a customer then) agreed on a 100 Ghana Cedis price for the street hooker to spend the night with her.

She said she later had to compromise on agreeing that the man will send her the man because after spending the night with her, he revealed he doesn’t have physical cash on him.

He reportedly spotted the moment his babe hopped into a big car that carried she and her friends out of school.

The boyfriend then returned to his room and started crying uncontrollably as his friends tried to comfort him.

Catholics worshipping at St. Clare Catholic Church in Kasarani, Kenya, were beyond excited when they sighted what they claim is an apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Priests were officiating Mass at the altar when, suddenly, members started screaming in excitement and rushed to the front of the church with their hands up in worship.

The video was shared on Facebook by a Catholic Priest named Augustine Mario. He explained that the incident will be investigated by the Catholic Church before it is approved.

A Nigerian lady who went in for nose surgery in Lagos has cried out after she is left with botched surgery.

Sharing a video of herself as sighted by occupygh.com, the yet-to-be-named lady advised her fellows to stop patronizing body surgery in the country.

Wailing in tears, she is heard crying out:

“You should stop doing surgery in Lagos, look at what a Nigeria surgeon in Lagos did to my nose”
Her nose is left badly damaged in the video she shared.

Frustrated man storms bank with bed, gas cooker, vows not to leave till he gets cash (Video)

A Nigerian man frustrated with the shortage of cash across the country, stormed his bank and vowed to sleep there till he is allowed to withdraw cash.

The customer carried a gas cooker, cooking pot, sleeping bed and blanket to the premises of the bank whiles other customers stared at him in amazement.

He said he stay there everyday and won’t leave the bank until his request to get the new naira is granted.

In a video making the rounds online, the furious man could be seen shouting as he explained that he had been visiting the bank aily but was not able to withdraw.

He asked the bank security to open the door so that he could lay his bed in the banking hall and lie down.
