it's a paid whatsapp group for people that intend to loose weight in an healthy way, in the group there are a lot of members. I got to know about the group on Facebook. We eat mostly fruits and vegetables and small portion of our Nigeria food. U don't eat anything u feel like eating, there are new challenges every week and all members must participate. I almost forgot to add this, u will exercise also as ur body carry u o, but not compulsory

I just want to let you know that there is nothing impossible for God to do. Everything God has created has its own set time of manifesting.
Our Pastor David Ogbueli of DC gave us this Remah yesterday when he preached online about the Israelites being in captivity for 70 years because it was His set time for them, if before that 70years, let's say in year 5, a prophet leads the people to prayer n fasting for emancipation, it won't still change God's time, which is always the best.
Who can say no when God has said YES!!!!
I know it isn't easy, but don't give up or loose faith. Your Miracle is on the way. We will believe God's report.

Thanks sis I really do appreciate. its so heartbreaking to know that someone is involved in your childlessness. The heart of man is truly wicked. I leave everything to God now and I know He will surely answer my prayer and put all my enemies to shame. I just have to be very prayerful now since it's a spiritual battle

Hmmm I will not tell dh immediately o, I hv always desire to tell dh this special news in a very special way, and to make it more interesting Valentine is around the corner. Hmmm but I don't think I can keep it till that time o. Wht I will do is to give him an early valentine present with the pregnancy result. Oh my I know his joy will be full Abeg make una nor vex say I talk too much. Wow I am already smiling here, it feels so real. I pray it comes to pass in Jesus Name. Amen!

Mamas in the house pls help me my period is not coming out. Found out I was pregnant by November but had a sharp pain after sex on d first of December and started bleeding but it was like spotting
Went to d hospital and was told d foetus didn't form well and has blocked my right tube
January period is now due but is not coming out just cramps pls help me

I will advise you see your doctor as soon as possible, to know why ur period is nt coming out.

Good morning mamas. I have been following silently but I have been shy to seek for help here.

I have been married for almost 3yrs and I haven't missed my period for once. First my husband was diagnosed of low sperm motility after 1 year of trying. He has been on several drugs. Addyzoa increased it to 40% from 25% actively motile. After some months it dropped to 20% and we started fertileaid, count boast and motility boast .

this is similar to my case, hubby is suffering from low motility too. We meet an urologist, and he was asked to do scrotum scan which he did, after that the result shows that he might be suffering from varicocele, we didn't hesitate when the urologist said he will hv to undergo varicocele surgery , surgery was done after some month dh did sfa and the result shows the counts and motility were abit high after the surgery, after some months we discoverd the motility was very low, abeg let me nt bore u with my story, I will advise that u and your husband should treat infection. Because we were told recently that infection affects fertility.

Good evening beautiful and fruitful mama's. I need to share this testimony with u all. Someone might benefit from it. There is dis weight loss group I joined late last year, one of the ladies in that group was booked for fibroid operation, everything was ready for the operation o, a date was fixed, her doctor asked her to do another scan few days to the operation. Lo and behold there was no fibroid anymore. Note she didn't take any medication o, she was just eating healthy meals mostly fruits and vegetables with normal Nigeria dishes.

This year 2020 we will all testify of miracle babies in Jesus Mighty Name Amen.
Please mamas, last year March I had a MMC and during my scan, there were fibroids (at the back). Though they were small (two) at about 5mm. I also had UTI which was as a result of using preseed but has been cleared now thank God.
But of recent, I notice that immediately after ovulation I will keep spotting (dark brown/black colour) till when my next period is due.
Not sure what this is about??

Hi mamas pls I need your view and advice. My period is 5 days late and I did PT its negative. Normally I experience sore breast after ovulation till period but I didn't experience it this cycle. I started having sensitive nipples headaches and waist pain that comes and goes 5days ago yet no menstruation and urine pt is negative. Do you think I should go and do blood test or wait for my period?Thank you all.

Fruitful mama's your girl is seriously ill o, I am just managing, for the past two days I hv been having serious headache, weakness of the body and I am running temperature, I couldn't sleep at time, right now I am lying down and covering myself. Dh is not around but I have called him. He said he will buy fever medicine for me when coming home.
Note: I hv taken panad×l extra yesterday and today but no changes. Pls sabi mama's I need your suggestion abi advice. Thanks and remain blessed
