Our banking security is getting loose. Only excessive charges and extortion they are good at. ATM maintenance fee, quarter ATM maintenance fee, postal stamp duty, SMS alert fee. Charges N26 for transfer of 1000 to 49000. N52 for 50000 and above but still yet will suffer fraud from their loose system which can be easily hack by Yahoo boys.

Yahoo boy are getting smarter every day while our banking system are not working on security of customer fund. Same issue happen to my sister which no one know her ATM PIN aside her using it to withdraw from POS twice and the third time she gave me the ATM card and pin to withdraw for her. Four day later a debit alert from intruder. Till date no way of recoverying the money. Since then she has block her account and decide not to used it again.

Yesterday both of us went to the bank to lodged a complaint to customer care unit in charge of fraud. They gave us 2 weeks to report back and I have also sent mail to contactcenter@accessbankplc.com to see if any possible solution can come from there. I will keep you guys update if the issue is been resolve.

Have never heard anything like this before, It is her first time using ATM card. she collected the card a month ago and have done transaction trice on it, nobody intrude into her privacy or call her to disclose her information. her kids are young and below 16yrs. I was the second person that knew her ATM PIN code reason was the errant she sent me to Withdrew 5000 for her on Saturday. How comes she was debited yesterday remain a mystery to me.

I lived in PHC, both of us will be going to the bank first thing this morning to make complaint to fraud unit.

On Saturday 26th sept 2020 my eldest sister gave me her access ATM to get 5000 for her from a POS closer to her, which I did and handed the cash and ATM to her which she kept in her lock. On Monday 28th sept a debit of 68,360 was sent to her. All fingers is pointing at me that I was the one that withdrew the money. I have been accused and I can't bear the shame. please it is possible to know the identity of the person or to know the sites he used in shopping with the ATM. All indications is like he used it for shopping. please help a brother with any ideas on her to recover the money and free from this false accusation on my head. I felt humilated by my love's one and betrayed the trust they have in me.
