PoliticsRe: Who are The Problem Of Nigeria? The Leaders Or The Followers by StealthyMe(m): 1:25am On Oct 01, 2014
pxjosh: there's a heated argument going on in my room now; concerning the who is the problem of Nigeria, whether it is the leaders or the followers. nlanders is the problem of Nigeria from the leaders or the followers? if practical changes are to be made; will it be from the followers or leaders? comments please.
The leaders are the bane of the problem

Not absloving the followers from blame brcause they were voted in by us (we hardly have a choice anyway,,na Nigeria we deyy ; it'll surely be rigged no matter what)

But then the leaders are the lawmakers with the responsibility of setting things straight but don't cause of their selfish interest and gain..

Take a look at North Korea and see how corrupt officials are treated..

Marry an extremely wealthy man whom you LOVE so much....who literally spends his days & nights at his office and you never get to see him (little exaggeration)

Nashville: Let me just give you all some context to this so that everyone understands better, because I know the industry very well and I have met El-Erian once. El-Erian is a 56 year old man who has made soooo much money, he can't even spend half of it in his life time. In 2011 alone he made $100 million and over the last ten year he must have made over $500 million. So he can happily retire now at 56 because how much longer does he even have left.

The real reason he resigned is that he had a big fallout with the founder of the company and they even engaged in insults publicly, moreover his firm is under investigation by SEC so its probably a good time to resign and just spend more time with his family.

But I believe his daughter's list is real and that is the point I want to make. There is a price to pay for everything in life. If you want to get to the very top of your career, make millions in business, establish a billion dollar firm, there is a price to pay. Go ask Dangote or Adenuga or Otudeko or Elumelu or Imokhuede's children how often they see their fathers. Those guys that run multinationals or huge firms dont work 9am - 5pm. They work more like 6am - 11pm if not more. They just pay the price.

I had a personal experience last year; myself and a friend whose dad is very wealthy and influential in Nigeria wanted to go into business together. We needed his dad's connections for easy entry so we booked a meeting to see his dad. It took us three days of waiting before we finally saw his dad. Three days to see the man. He was just always busy and in one meeting or the other. I couldnt believe it.

So all the women that want to marry billionnaires and rich men need to understand that these guys are always on the move, wouldnt help with kids or house work and infact, they may leave alot of the parenting to you alone.
You Nailed it bro! Right on the head... cheesy
They hardly know the meaning of the word parenting undecided

jennykadry: If my dad resigned from such a job because of me, I will disfather him.

My handing him that list is not for him to stop doing what he loves doing but for him to take out time and spend quality time with me or better still buy me a range rover sport 2015 and I will stop writing list.
Different Strokes......for different folks wink

In what sounds like a bad horror movie, residents in a small village in Liberia believe they’ve seen two female victims of the killer disease walking the streets.

According to the UK Mirror, Villagers in Liberia have been left panic-stricken after Ebola patients rose from the dead.

The two women, in their 60s and 40s, died of Ebola in separate communities in the county of Nimba.
Villagers told a local newspaper that the two women, late Dorris Quoi (in her late 40s) of Hope Village Community and Ma Kebeh, in her late 60s from the Catholic Community, were about to be takenfor burial when they rose from the dead.

They also stated that this is the first incidence of dead Ebola victims resurrecting in Nimba County.
Villagers in Nimba County are refusing to live alongside the duo, who have been branded “ghosts”.

naijathings: I bet the mother has a hand in writing that note. Women and their ways..

But the dad did the right thing especially being the wise investor that he is. Money is not enough to invest in your children's life.
It is not always about school fees and latest toys. Any kid can have a toy to play with but not every kid has a father. Some Mothers are also guilty of negligence.
Don't lose the love of your family for something as common as money.
Your Child/Children would most certainly be proud of their father ! cheesy

If this Trend continues,i won't be suprised to see another militia group wrecking havoc just to be rehabilitated (whatever name they might call it this time)

Plus,i know for sure some fat faced greedy politician would use this as an avenue to make some cash!
