I have twins and this week alone, I've spent 20k on toys, 25k on red oil, and another 20k for kids supplies which I do twice in 3 weeks, this is excluding mobility, monthly tv, phone and power bills that I have used almost 10k to settle this week, food is not inclusive because I buy in bulk... Yes an estate is private land because someone bought it.

This shows how ignorant of the law you are, all land belong to the state (land use act 1978) the C of O if just a right to occupy the land and it's always for a period of 100 years and even the governor can revoke it anytime he believes the land can be used for an overriding public interest... for your information, no private land in Nigeria
