One thing we do as human - atleast responsible humans - is to overthink and over-analyze things. While this can be good for being pragmatic and for having backup plans incase things go wrong, as they usually do in life, it sometimes leads to what Oyibo people call ANALYSIS PARALYSIS - you overcalculate and end up not doing anything. But as most of us grew up into matured adults (not just in age lol), we realized that there were many things that we overreacted to, over-worried about that really shouldn't have been much of a big deal, we know better today - well, we now have new adult anxieties 😅 - maybe we'll realize again that it's not a big deal when we're Octogenarians. So share your experience. What are some things you generated too much anxiety about as a teenager or young adult that in hindsight, you should have just said F-it and do what needs to be done anyways. Your experience could help someone currently in that phase of their lives. LFG! CC: Nlfpmod

Maybe they did something called "Device Fingerprinting" and it was closely knitted to maybe how they stored info about you within the authentication flow. I.e maybe your device information is also used to verify that you're logging in from a recognized device, but adding multiple devices in the whitelist is not a priority for them now |
How terrible do you have to be, for people to be hailing Buhari as a saint 😂😂😂😂 - we've been dealt a bad hand back to back. |
People who ask this specific question cannot stomach the answer. Even the blind can see, the deaf can hear the very glaring benefit that the marital union bestows on the married woman. Our culture has so much engrained the provider mentality on us men, and so much dependent mentality on most women that the sustenance of a marriage is strictly laid on the shoulders of the man - from the rites to the daily running of the home - a good woman only needs to bring respect and gratitude to the home and a man will literally move mountains for her. The women who don't see any benefits of marriage to themselves are the ones who want to be a man in their matrimonial home. |
And when they say government is complicit, una wey nor even know wetin complicit mean go open mouth waaa dey talk rubbish. |
Nijablast:Put off my clothes to fight keh. I no need to remove clothes to remove your teeth Sir 😁 |
Adeoye11:Liberal is being over generous. Cowards I'd say. Note: I'm a Southerner too. |
P1PrinceKT:Well with Muslims in power, they seem to hate themselves even more - see the desolation of the North. |
Well, there's truth to what he has said. Between you and I, you know that most graduates are really bottom of the barrel when it comes to "knowledge" of their studied field - na graduate wey sleep/bribe their way through school we ean really call graduate? Plus there are different forms of education, this man was schooled informally under the curriculum of life and the streets and he's made a name for himself. I hope we're not equating "good English" that most graduates can't even speak - you see their types on NL here - zero punctuation skills - that you will say are better than the guy? |
lapintoz:Yes o, make I show you my ID card? |
Nijablast:Why you dey talk like this na. Nor be you win the election for mad people? You don abdicate your post so soon? 🤧 |
Hehe... Government agency don dey do brand ambassador now? Itel dear itel, their GUI in my first experience with them so scarred my designer brain, I will never use it again 😂 |
Definitely dead. I have two of their sim cards. I dey find chance to go port. I don't even get sms for otps nor bank alerts. |
stuffs2002:No Sir, it's 98.419% |
The Hypocrisy of the North will not allow it. The docility of the south made Muslim-Muslim possible. |
Them go print Missing Dog poster today. |
Well, before the internet, there were gaming consoles, for those who were into games. There were books, for those who loved some good reading. I'm an introvert, interactions exhaust me 😅. We'd do just fineeeeee without social media (which I guess you're referring to as internet) |
The beauty of those times was the collective decency of the society. But everything has gone to the dogs now. |
I guess these courses are for knowledge sake sha. I norva even hear any of them before. I think that Education Management and Planning makes sense, if you package yourself well, you could be a Consultant to big schools outside Academia |
Nigerians don mad finish 🥲 We nor too many wey normal again. |
Just start. Don't ask for permission... Seek for guidance, define what you want. First Tip: If you can find a way to help a person, student, business owner to make some extra money, they will pay you to continue doing that for them. You're in a school environment, hustle doesn't always have to be digital, you may need to do some physical hustles to get the startup capital you need to pursue the soft skills you need - honestly, having a PC makes it easier. You can learn how to prompt ChatGPT to help WhatsApp vendors create clean looking social media flyers. You can offer to help people manage their social media accounts - help them reply to comments, engaging other posts for awareness. A YouTube faceless channel is not as easy as it seems - everybody seems to be doing it, and not to discourage you, before you'll break even, e go tey small. If you're going into digital marketing, I'd recommend you specialized in Lead Generation and Paid Ads, you can work in any industry and remotely with this. |
Wotowotoman:Well, you just ended up proving my point. Just pray never to experience depression my guy. Just pray. |
Oh... Not always correct. Hear me out. Meanwhile if the story in the screenshot is true, doesn't this second wife see that she's worse than the devil? You take over the kitchen because you were expecting war. Back to the point about "Silence is not always a powerful response". Some people grew up in the understanding that silence is assent, so if you don't set very clearly voiced out boundaries and rules, they'll walk over you like a dried rag. Silence in words is great, but don't be silent about consequence - if people step over your boundaries, but them in their place very firmly that they won't try it again. For instance, instead of throwing violent outburst when your partner cheats on you, sofri walk out of the relationship without forgiveness. Being silent in verbal response is not the same as being docile. |
We don't give people grace to express their mental health problems enough. We made it seem like expressing ehat pains you're going through mentally is a sign of weakness. Rest in Peace to him. Wake Up call to us all... It may not seem like it, but there are people who will actually care if you open up and express your frustrations. It's better than bottling it all up. |
SimpleGuy001:Okay, wishing you the best. But take this advice... "Don't Vibe Code a financial product". |
Depending on the complexity of what you're building, tou fan actually have Claude Code be your co-founder. But software products are much more than it works during launch - how do you handle bugs in production, maintenance, adding new features without breaking existing flows. A bit of technical background is necessary. You can spend like 3 months learning about system/architecture design sha, then you can prompt with domain knowledge of the systems you're trying to build on. If I may ask, what industry are you planning to build for? |
The Elders of these people (herders, Fulani) in these communities should be made to sign an undertaking. Else they should be expelled away from the state. If the government won't do it, then the people must rise up and enforce it by themselves. How long can we continue to okay the ostrich game of e norva near me. |
😂😂😂 Ride on Sir. The fact that it has to be said sef. I'm taking you out on a dinner date, you chop dey order takeaway. Na so you be? Fine girl you go pay for your takeaway. |
TenQ:Good for you. |
The downside of those platforms you have tried out is that, the barrier to entry is so low, and there's almost no skill needed to create the products/services you list - so you get really crazy competition. Yes, there are people who still make really good sales from them. But you need to transition into something that a business will actually pay you money to do for them, or to consult for them. Think Social Media management, Community Moderator, Lead Generation (Affiliate Marketing), Paid Ads experts, etc. Non-Techies can pick these up in under 3months. And theb you target businesses directly instead of hoping someone will feel the need to buy a book or audiobook. |
Pierocash:Peace be unto you Sir. My own Faith makes it hard for me to trust the potency of any demon. If God be for me, no demon dares. |
