Hmm... You're a kind person.
If you're pursuing the path of peace, then you may have to make compromise.

Sit the person down, let them know that you actually understand their devotion to God and the desire to keep a relationship with him.

Ask the person: "When you pray, is it that you want us to hear you and hail you as a prayer warrior, or are you trying to communicate with God, who as we know, hears even our silent prayer?"

A reasonable person will realize that they were actually just edifying themselves with those eye-service activity in a place of rest. There are places designated for prayers and loud supplications - churches, or even prayer mountains.

If you have a pain point you want to bring to God, do it in a place where it is okay. Not in a place where everyone just wants to rest after a tiring day.

If they truly believe in God, and believe that God answers their prayers, they don't need to be a noise pollutant.
