THERE IS NOTHING LIKE PARTIAL STROKE. It's good people know this
It doesn't exist.

A Stroke happens when the Blood vessels that supply the Brain either burst or get blocked .

It cannot be partial . It is always complete

It can manifest with a huge number from face dropping, hands & legs not moving well, speech problem, loss of consciousness amongst many depending on the part of the Brain affected

Sometimes we can have something where the person develops some of these stroke symptoms and gets better because the clot that caused is dissolved by the body called Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) which a lot of people call "PARTIAL STROKE"

NO, They should still go to a Hospital. A TIA is just like a warning saying , you're about to have a Stroke, go see your Doctor.

A stroke is never partial, it is always complete

PS- Anyone can have a stroke..Yes, from babies to toddlers to preschool to teenagers to middle aged.
