The issue for determination would be, 1)whether or not Fifa has the legal right to issue a life ban on a football coach,
2)Whether or not the law regulating issues of such should be the Swiss Law on bribery

On issue one(1) I stand in the affirmative, the law is that Fifa is the body that regulates all footballing activities in the world, however the caveat in this is that, such regulation is only limited to Football tournaments established by Fifa, thus if the Ban is upheld then it means Siasia cannot participate as a coach or an agent in relation to Fifa controlled football games only.

On issue two(2) I stand in the negative. The international criminal laws of crimes in this situation should be applicable, however since this is always in conflict with the corpus jury of every state, it seems to me that the Law regulating the “place” of where the bribery took place should be applicable in totality I.e, it is the law of the country where Siasia is alleged to have accepted bribe that should regulate the issue. The applicability of the Swiss law for me is a breach of not just his fundamental right but a blatant slap on “due process”

It is on this ground that I lay my argument that, Samson Siasia’s issue was not properly handled.

This is not about the party but the sanctity of our electoral system.The soul of country Nigeria must be protected by all means from vultures. We are where we are today because of the like if PMB & Onochie . We Nigerians are tired of unelectable people occupying public offices never won by through ballot box in actual sense. Why vote knowing that my vote will not count.

It's rather unfortunate for Channelstv station. Quite unlike during the last dispensation, they were there to report first hand national insecurity issues bordering on boko haram. But, now they are loosing it's integrity once know for exceptional professionalism, unbiased reportage, etc.

However, recent antecedents of the tv station on salient national ssues that border on politics and insecurity insecurity tend to lay more credence to this allegation.

If you have an autorall box get a cband lnb and track intelsat 20 to get CNN, BBC NEWS, SKY NEWS, RT NEWS, ALJAZEERA ETC. Use your 90cm to track 28.2e/26e with one lnb attach another lnb for nigcomsat to get TVC NEWS, NTA, CORE TV NEWS, BABY TV and lot more.

11051/11052 tp Tstv is not stable , no quality signal for the past two days. Unfortunately, MBC, Algezeera, etc. channels has stopped showing.
