The post is quite long so i won't quote it. I can identify with the op. I wrote IELTS for the 3rd time on 30th April in order to get 10 points, and eagerly expecting the results today. I was evidently spurred on by Buhari's 3rd time victory.

I have vowed not to write IELTS again if i don't make it a third time and opt for PTE instead.

true some names are in full capital letter both the surname and first aname.It seems to be few too.Majority are in lower case all through and some are just the first letter uppercase
