A man his age wouldnt likely survive a radical surgery for prostate removal, so the treatment of choice here would be chemo/radiotherapy.

All the symptoms Pmb suffers from lately anaemia weight loss, inability to feed orally are all consistent with the complications of radiotherapy. Radium needle insertion is a common radiotherapy for prostate cancer.

Pmb is receiving too high a dosage from the radium in his body and this may or nothave been delibrately done by his UK doctors

The best thing is to fly him out for a review of his treatment, if its not too late already.
