Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for adult bed wetting. A 38 year old woman has probably been doing it for 38 yrs.
According to my clergy friend, bedwetting could be spiritual in origin and lead to many drawbacks in life like late marriage.

Usually the victim has a dream every night that they got up to take a pee in the toilet, when in fact they never got up.

Get your wife to talk about it, don't let her live in denial. That's the way forward. Seek medical and spiritual help. Let her learn to do pelvic floor exercises and be ready to wake her up intermittently 3-4 times a night, whether she is ready to pee or not.

Not only does it seem selfish, considering the fact a family name changes every 150 years or so it could also be a futile exercise. Having kids doesn't ensure family continuity till eternity.

According to him his mom was a witch, messing with his life, relationships, academics etc.
His depression was contagious, while trying to help him I also began to show signs of depression at a point.
Then he broke down, he was admitted into psych ward and placed on meds.
He was a student like me and he flunked a year because of the illness. He continued to have break downs off and on, he never stopped talking about his mum and how successful and lucky his older brother was compared to him.
He believed his mum transferred some of his 'star' to the older brother leaving him fukd up...

Eventually, everyone left school. I went to UK he went off to Canada - that was his biggest mistake.
The cold, the environment, and isolation during the winter months do not do depression victims any favours.

I only heard he took his life 2 years ago thru my sister but he actually did it in 2005. None of our mutual friends bothered to tell me.
So my guy, if you die today don't be surprised your so called friends pretend like you were never born in the first place.

Live and live your life to the full. Don't let the voices in your head take you to a place of no return. Even your friends may not mourn you for more than second.

Get help.
