Currently in some debts which I took to salvage some business that went wrong. The due date I promised to repay my friend has elapsed and I really hated myself for that. Though, I keep in touch that I will pay up and always appeal to him but I still feel very ashamed of myself. I really hope and pray things get better for me.

The R Programming groups there. I would also recommend you enrol for the Coursera Data Science specialisation course. If you are not taking the final exam it's free to watch the videos and all.

I have started learning R for the past few weeks but doing this all alone. Please, what language do you suggest I learn in order to earn well. Not to deceive myself, My main purpose of learning to code is to have a lucrative skill as side hustle and probably the main hustle. Just finished my Bsc in a management course. Please, if you can guide me or any platform I could join,I'm of the opinion that one can learn faster when in group or under the guidance of a bigger person.

Yes, that's more like a cover letter template.... ensure to list your name & title of position you are applying for & date of application as indicated in the title feild....most people miss that aspect.

Include your work experience (s), positions held, software or soft skills proficiency in the cover letter..... hope this helps....

Top of the day Bosses, I purchased TB through Zenith bank on monday I recieved a mail of the contract letter and the transactions details today, the rate on the letter is 12.75% but when I made the calculations of the discount I recieved, it was 12.69% approximately 12.7%. Is there any way I can get back my 0.05%

When one subscribes at the PRIMARY MARKET, when will the interest be paid? I subscribed at the PRIMARY MARKET on Tuesday. The full amount was deducted yesterday (Wednesday) and I am yet to have the interest paid into my account. This was with FBN.
NOTE: I filled UPFRONT payment of interest.

I am just curious. Had thought that they would leave the interest while deducting the balance at the prevailing rate for the particular tenor.
I am waiting for how it pans out today, else, I visit the bank tomorrow.
But, for the experienced, is this how it works?

Same here with Zenith bank. The money was deducted from my balance with no mail or message. I will check with them tomorrow too if I didn't hear from them today.

Yes they do. However, base on information from this thread, Stanbic IBTC seems to offer the best rate at the primary market followed by First Bank. Also, Zenith Bank requires a minimum amount of 1million Naira while the other two aforementioned banks require a minimum of 100,000 Naira.

I checked the secondary market rate on this website https://comparedbest.com/ng/best-nigerian-treasury-bill-rates.html and they are 1% behind stanbic same as Gtb which is also my banker. I would have love to opt for stanbic but I don't have an account with them. I hope there will be a very good rate for 364 days at the next auction.

I will say a big thank you to all the bosses on this thread for the informations they shared. I have made up my mind to invest in treasury Bills while I learn about the NSE. I will like to know if Zenith bank offers a competitive rate at the primary market.

I don't recommend fixed deposits.

Hello Bosses, I am new on this thread and willing to learn big time.
I have some money I will like to invest, I searched through the net and I find Treasury Bills, mutual funds and Fixed deposit intresting due to little risk associated with them. I will be happy if you all can give recommendations on the best to go for and the financial institutions/houses with best offer. Other similar investment advices will be appreciated.
