The signature is of the person impersonating him.

In that case, it is not an issue of impersonation. I guess there is a legal lacuna that can probably make this legal and you can confirm this by consulting with lawyers.
Family / Re: An About To Divorce Lady Needs Advice. by Stevenbright(m): 9:03pm On Jun 12
Techie25:
So my good friend and coursemate who is about to divorce after few years of marriage sent me this, I'd love to know your opinion and if it's legal to proceed.

"
I'm trying to divorce my husband behind his back in a customary court using the traditional marriage.
I'm told I can get someone to impersonate him and collect the court order from the bailiff and sign it.
Then not appear in court during the court hearing it will be said he didn't show up because he is no longer interested in the marriage and has given his consent when he signed the court order.
Making me the only person to appear in Court.
Till judgment is passed.
Then the verdict will be sent to him.
"

So, I need advise and clarity on this.
my question is, How legal is this? Hope it doesn't cause a problem in the long run?

Will the signature be a forged one or the signature will be that of the person impersonating him?

Anyway, that is impersonation and if he can get a lawyer to prove he is innocent of the alledged signing of the document, you will be guilty of impersonation!

My sincere advice to you is as follows:

Go into DJ or MC or Comedy depending on your preference. As you become good at it, you will make a lot of connections and contacts while earning a living and making some savings from what you are doing.

Overtime, you would have saved enough, meet relevant people that will give you the needed pathway to a good recoding studio to work with.

Note: Many successful musicians didn't just start out by getting the big recoding contracts. Many followed the path I just pointed out to you while some first work with other musicians as backup singers e.g Majek Fashek was once an unknown backup singer.

Family / Re: Hi by Stevenbright(m): 11:23pm On Jun 08
Since I started following this minimum wage stuff and from my experience and observation, the labour union in Nigeria only concerns itself with the private sector welfare and even the government both the federal/state don't care about the welfare of the private sector workers too.

This means that the minimum wage is supposed to apply to all sectors of the economy but the level of the private sector implementation of it is very low and nobody cares if they implement it or not. Suffice to say that even most state and local governments don't implement.

Although if you can afford to pay it, I will encourage you to do so.

Family / Re: Advise Needed! Cheating Wife by Stevenbright(m): 2:33pm On Jun 05
There supposed be no need for advice on this issue because the coast is clear.

First and foremost, cut off that friend of yours. Then do the DNA test. If it confirm you are the biological father of the child or children, warn your woman for the last time to keep her slate clean henceforth since it appears no clear evidence yet. But inform her that this is your last efforts to make things work.

Note that if she is a chronic cheat, she might move on to another man, so spelt it out that any form of such things, you are out of the relationship.

no matter how thick the paste is, that tomato is expensive. It isnt funny we cant tame a tomato disease.

Nothing like any disease being the problem!

Is there yam, cassava, pepper, rice, beans, sweet potato, maize disease too?

It is just a fcking inflation caused by different factors.

Family / Re: Help How Do I Identity My Twins by Stevenbright(m): 11:12am On Jun 03
RoadMozart:
One of the should have a unique birth mark. Could be on the shoulder, back, neck or anypart. A small spot to differentiate them.

And with time you'll be able to identify them by just looking at their faces. One will look younger or darker than the other.

The simplest and harmless method should be their hair cut style. If you have started barbing their hair, next time tell the barber to give them different styles. This should be maintained henceforth.

For a start, snap them after the hair cut and use an image editor in your phone to write their names on the pictures. Whenever you are confused, just glance through that picture and their hair style will help you easily identify them again.

Somebody typed Zenith Bank and Access Bank. It’s true. I found out from browsing the internet. No thanks to Nairaland.

That is just it. Although my own judgement is not based on any awards they have received but from my satisfaction in using them.

Out of the five banks I have used, the two I mentioned above plus Zenith, Fidelity and UBA, I will always rate those two higher than these other three any time, any day.

Although my best two have a not so good one thing in common; their branches are not many.

Nairaland is very useless. I opened the same thread a week back and it got deleted. Whenever somebody needs real help, the moderators frustrate the person. The site is only for tribal wars and similar forms of trolling.

Not just that. Even the people that comment hardly do that in good faith. Just look the majority of the comments above and conclude if they will be helpful to the op.

It was produced and packaged by Nestle Foods less than 5 months ago and it still has more than 10months before expiration.

Ok, I see. Thanks for the clarification.

I made my earlier point because of my experience. For instance, buying bread in a not so well patronized shop now a days lead to buying spoiled bread. The same is true for eggs and some other products.

This is not about the quality of the product but the fact that it was not sold on time as a result of low purchasing power and it most likely have spent more than it's shelf life on the retainer's shop.

No. The business is down already due to excessive bills

You need to cool off a bit. I wanted to say you would have taken a more drastic step like separating for some time earlier than you are considering now but I guess you were doing your best to make things work out.

Maybe you should go spend some time with your family, cool off and re-strategize while giving him the needed space to rethink and reorganize his life and finances.

Family / Re: What Are The Most Important Things To Concider In Her by Stevenbright(m): 12:10pm On Jun 01
Nobody can tell you how to know if she is the right woman for you. It is you that can can get the conviction not even by her promising you verbally to be faithful or royal but the conviction comes from within in the form of mutual understanding, respect and shared inner peace.

Even at that, these things will still fade with time after marriage but will need to be kept alive by intentional efforts by the two parties involved.
