Hi guys, kindly help respond to this.

Considering the fact that there are more visa refusals now and currently working in a financial crime and fraud investigation role. I’m thinking one should just apply for masters in same field but it’s not a PR course. What are the future implications?

Hello people, please help

Good day people,

Please if someone applies for a course that’s not on the PR list or the skilled occupation list for migration and end up working in a job (let’s assume the job is on a work visa) that’s not on the same list.

Is there any other pathway to become a permanent resident?

I’m asking because I want to apply for public health or financial crime and fraud investigation but I don’t see a path to the future PR

Is there any other pathway to become a permanent resident? Or must the person switch to an occupation on the list?

I’m asking because an agent is asking my partner to apply for master of public health (bachelors in health background) or financial crime and fraud investigation (current job industry) but I don’t see a path to the future PR with these occupations.

Let’s assume she’s sponsored by her company, is there another way to get PR asides the SOL?

Good day guys and Happy New Year,

Please who know the transcript process in Australia? Do they usually require international students to send transcript directly from the University in Nigeria to the University in Australia?

I am asking because I want to commence Transcript process in UNIBEN, options are

1. Send to my company in Lagos and use the copy to apply online
2. Send directly to Deakin University from UNIBEN.

Thank You.

Good day guys,

Please I have an interview early January but enrollment is for October 2024, I don’t have a blocked account but my sister works in Germany. She’s currently on probation until April, by April, she will be able to get that sponsorship letter.

Can I tell the embassy that I will provide the sponsorship letter by April?

I don’t want to hold my funds, doing nothing for almost a year with the blocked account

Hello guys,

Please help with my questions 🙏🏿

stevepeter2100:
Good day guys,

I’m quoting my old question with a new development (question)

Deakin University
Masters in Health Economics
Her Bachelors - Medical Physiology
Work experience - Bank (2 years marketing, 2 years risk and compliance)
Salary - N600k

Since my uncle fully sponsoring my wife to be will be weird, how about a situation where he pays her initial deposit from Australia (to show evidence of sponsorship), I have N10m in my account and I can be her part sponsor and my uncle will stand as her other sponsor. I also have a registered business which can add N5m, my personal account for 3 months will have activity of about N50m at least.

My Abuja land - Bought N1m last year,
Her own land in Lag- N4m estimate
My Mother’s land which she can direct to me- N8m.
I have 3 business trucks all worth N15m

- How do we even get a proper valuation for these lands?
- Can all these help with home ties

We have to leave together due to health reasons on her own side and I don’t wanna sell anything.

- What are the odds when we consider all these new information?

Hello everyone,

I just got my visa interview date for second week of January after almost 2 years (I applied for date in April/May 2022)

Course is Aviation Management at Wildau Institute of Technology

I had even forgotten about Germany, but I remember promising the school that I will mail them once I get a response from the embassy. This was after deferring last year to 2023.

I’ve emailed them now to see if my admission is still valid.
Also, I am seeing part time on their website, looks like it might haves been changed to a part time course, does this affect my chances?

Any advice on what other documents I need ?

Good day everyone, and weldone to everyone sharing information

Please I have a peculiar question,

I currently have applications for skilled migration but it’s taking long, I am at the stage where I’m waiting for state/territory nomination for 491/190 Visas.

I have an uncle in Australia who advised that my girlfriend (I plan to marry her next year) should apply for masters. The plan will be for me to apply under her application and leave together.

1. If she applies and we’re married, can my uncle be her sponsor?

2. As I’m doing all these, if I am nominated for my 491/190 visa, will there be an issue of having multiple visa applications at once? Also, what happens if we get to Australia before they answer me? Is there a way I can complete it and change our visa from student to 491/190?

Good day everyone

Kindly help me check this, for my partner.

Uniben 2015: Medical Physiology

Bank: 2 years - 2 years: Marketing, 2 years: Risk and Compliance with professional certificates.

Can she apply for public health, or should she apply for a course that’s similar to her work experience?

Which is better for admission and visa

Good day everyone

Kindly help me check this, for my partner.

Uniben 2015: Medical Physiology

Bank: 2 years - Internal 2 years Risk and Compliance with professional certificates.

I noticed that the job description for Internal Auditor is very similar to her role as a risk and compliance officer.

Can she do skills assessment for internal auditors? What’s the probability of scaling?

Thank you

Morp:
1. Not advisable. Proving that your generous uncle would leave you and everyone directly related to him to sponsor someone that just married into your family is not that straight forward and your application should be as simple as possible.

2. If you arrive Australia on student visa, you can transition to 491/190 without problem and you won't be the first. However, submitting 2 application at the same time isn't advisable.

Good day everyone,

Please is there anyone who has successfully attended Torrens university? I’m hearing they’re quite bad and can frustrate you.

Also, any thoughts about Monash University and Federation University?

Yes, it's still valid and depends on your occupation list.
For MLTSSL
One EO1 for 189, another 8 for 190 for each state and another 8 for 491 for each state (this is applicable if you are open to all the 3 visas and you have up to 65 points for each of them)

For STSOL
8 EOIs for 190 for each state and another 8 for 491

For ROL
8 EOI for each state.

Then proceed to check the state migration websites to check if your occupation is on their list and you meet their requirements.

Family Sponsored 491 will give you 15 points but your family member must be living in a regional area and be PR or citizen and you must be related. You just need to select it on your EOI
Thank you again! Family (uncle) meets all of these as he is a citizen in a regional area. I’m going to create a new EOI for SA now. I think only SA and VIC accepts my occupation- Insurance Agent(ROL)

1. For the EOI, I already have- I will edit, remove 491 for ViC, create another EOI choosing 491 and use the new EOI reference to create a new 491 ROI for VIC. Cool?

2. Then create 491 family sponsored EOI and use the reference for SA ROI - 491 cool ?

3. Search again for any state that accepts Insurance agent, ends and repeat.

Yes but advisable to do
EOI 1: 189
EOI 2: 190 and 491 for a state
EoI 3 : 190, 491 for another state and continue like that. Only one EoI for 189 please
Hello everyone,

Please is this still valid for 2023-2024 migration? I have EOI 491 and 190 for Vic but I want to do 491 for SA.

Can I use the same email?

Also is the family sponsored 491 visa still active ? I can't find it anywhere except in the picture attached. I have family in Australia who is suggesting I do that since it will get me 5 more points.

You need at least 3 years experience which will be deducted (2 years for unrelated degree and 1 year for deemed skill period). https://www.vetassess.com.au/Portals/0/Downloads/qualification_assessment/SRGO%20Infosheet_Transport%20Company%20Manager.pdf
Also, did you become a manager straight after uni?

To assess as a meteorologist, you need at least 12 months experience.

You can check on Vetassess website.

EOI is after you get a positive assessment.
Thank youuu for the link.

I left corporate and officially registered the transport company with 8 staff at the moment so technically, I'm manager/Founder.

On the EOI part, I have a positive skills assessment and active EOI as an insurance agent (former career). On the EOI, I chose Vic - 190 Visa (70 points total) and 491 Visa (80 points total). On VIC's ROI, I chose 190 (you can only choose one visa type). I was wondering if I could do another EOI and choose another state to increase my chances without affecting my EOI where I chose VIC. Is it allowed and legal?

I know I probably should not worry but they've done 2 nomination rounds since I registered (was informed via mail) and I'm beginning to worry and consider my other occupation options just in case this doesn't work out.

Good day everyone,

Thanks for creating this corner.

I am 30 years old,

2 years Experience as a transport company manager

BTech graduate of Meteorology at FUTA 2016 - No experience

All my other experiences do not apply so I am working with these.

Please is it possible to apply for VETASSES skills assessment for meteorologist and another one for transport company manager without breaking any rule?

Also, is there a way to check the minimum experience I need to get a positive skills assessment for meteorologist.

In addition, I have seen people say they did multiple EOIs. Please what are the advantages and disadvantages?
Thank you.
