I visited the ancient town of Saki located at the Oke Ogun area of Oyo state recently... Saki shares border with Kwara State and Benin Republic....... I was shocked to see this common means of transportation despite the fact that there are a lot of cars in the town......
Is this ignorance or greediness on the part of the drivers?
