3. CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TUNNEL ACROSS A THE ROAD BY MASONS (BRICKLAYERS). BETWEEN RIVER SIDE AND HOLY FAMILY BUS STOP ALONG FUTO ROAD. THE IRON RODS ARE STILL LEFT IN THE OPEN SEEKING WHOM TO INJURE.

4. USING BLOCKS AS ROAD DEMARCATORS INSTEAD OF CONCRETE ALONG OWERRI - ABA EXPRESS WAY. MOST OF THE BLOCKS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED.

5. USING BLOCKS IN PLACE OF CONCRETE COLUMNS TO ERECT ROUND ABOUTS. DON'T BE FASCINATED BY THE TILES AND BEAUTIFICATION YOU SEE ON THE ROUND ABOUTS. THEY ARE DISASTER WAITING TO OCCUR.

6. PATCHING AND RE PATCHING OF OWERRI-ABA EXPRESSWAY WHICH WAS CONSTRUCTED UNDER HIS ADMINISTRATION BARELY 3 YEARS AGO.
