Over 30 people are feared dead at a football viewing centre in Calabar, the Cross River State capital after being electrocuted by a high tension cable that reportedly fell on them.
The football fans are said to have assembled at the centre to watch a UEFA Europa League quarter-final match between Manchester United and Anderlecht on satellite television.
Channels Television correspondent in Calabar reported that the live electricity cable broke from its mooring and fell on the viewers.

Guys......all states will be invited for the Interview.....i have it on good authority that the invitations are based on geopolitical zones. They can't take all states at once....am going to offer you guys an advice, no questions asked pls. Read your current affairs, especially states and their governors.....be VERY sure of the actual dates of your academic qualifications.be VERY confident in your responses, maintain eye contact with the interviewers and don't forget to pray everyday until you are called and continue praying even after.

Op, get your facts right. Obudu mountain resort is in Obudu, not calabar.

Calabar is the capital of cross river state, and Obudu is a local government area in cross river state.

From Calabar to Obudu is at least a six hour journey... You would have to go through odukpani, Biase, yakur, Ikom, and finally Obudu.... And these LGA's are quite large cos the state is one of the largest in southern Nigeria.
