Christianity EtcRe: Is Jesus God? by stevolala(m): 7:48pm On Dec 18, 2006
Hello People: I saw this topic just today and I'm thrilled at the reply of so many hence am making my own comment. A lot of post hear admits Jesus is God but at the end of the day contradicts themselves by saying Jesus, Holy Spirit and God are three in one, well, there is no such thing as that, I've been born again for just few years now and by revelation I have come to know that of a truth "Jesus is God" and why so many are still finding it difficult to understand is simple and I shall try to offer some help here.

1. Jesus Christ is God.

2. The bible is a living proof to that.

3. God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are not three in One

4. God is one as three (Father, Son and Holy Ghost)

Let me try to explain point number 4:

Immagine that President Olusegun Obasanjo is

a. the Vice Chancellor of Unilag

b. the pastor of a church

c. the President of Nigeria.

Now, he is one person but functioning in three offices and because he's a common VC does not make him a lesser than the President. So, when students of Unilag wants to address him, they say the VC, and when members of his church would address him as pastor, and the people of his country would address him as Mr. Presido, same applies here

God as the father, heavenly father, we all address HIM as heavenly father
God the son, the office of the sacrificial lamb, My Lord Jesus
and the Holy Ghost, this is the time God needed to function as the Holy Spirit, because gone were the days HE functioned as the son Jesus, do you guys understand that now?

SO, there are so many ways to prove this,

in Jn 14:1-10,

Jesus asked Philip, you have been with me for years and you still don't,

also, somewhere again, HE said, I and my father are one

when Abraham almost slaughtered Isaac, Isaaac asked that where is the lamb, and Abraham replied, the LOrd shalll provide HIMSELF (not a lamb for himself),

There are so many more folks, and incase anybody is finding it hard to understand, never mind, its takes revelation to get, for the things of the spirit are foolishness to the canal minded.

Christianity EtcRe: My Friend Is a Devoted Christian But Flirts Around by stevolala(m): 8:08pm On Oct 21, 2006
Men you guys in this section are just too funny, I've been here since morning and just reading everybody's comment, one said even if they hang the skirt on a pole the guy would still flirt, o boy, if na so ehn, that your friend has got to work on his mind.

Now on a more serious note,

That he flirts doesn't mean he doesn't love God,

one thing is sure, since he's born again, God would help him, God know best how to get his own.

Being born again is just the starting point on the path way to heaven, there is so much work left to be done see Rom. 12 vrs 1-3. When your friend got born again, His spirit got born again but his soul (Mind) and body were not salvaged, to salvage your soul, you have to do it with fear and trembling, constantly renewing your mind, I assure you, let him not look for a christian novel as many suggested, no pastor has the key, the key a pastor uses to over come his own lust maybe different from that of your friend, so let him spend time in the ultimate book, The holy bible, see, there is an anointing and a washing when you spend time on God's word and I assure you, he'd be victorious.

One final advice, pray for your friend instead of exposing him and like bible declares in Hebrews, the Lord Jesus is able to save him to the uttermost, that is why HE is JESUS the LORD and uttermost means even where your friend can no longer help himself, GOD can. If your friend was able to help himself, there would not have been need for the LORD to come.

And finally the guy who posted a note that maybe you're angry because you and your friend are playing the gay thing, well, gaysm is beyond the english definition for it, its about a spirit dominating the individuals, but I bet you guys Nigerians are cleaner and better off the whites who already practice it and guess what, that is why God is interested in Nigeria, because we are still very far to be compared to sodom and gomorha, but other countries are already.

God bless Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: President Of Nigeria In 2007: Who? <Poll> by stevolala(m): 6:06pm On Oct 21, 2006
I think that this is a very interesting topic to talk about. First I'd like to commend people like Favour5, men you make me laugh till almost loos my head and raldsfield your comment of July 28th 06, you're funny ooo, don't you know that if IBB were to vote, he would not vote for himself because he knows how wicked he is already, so he wouldn't vote for himself. Also commenting on otokx, you talked about Duke's second term experience, does that make him experienced, and if yes what about OBJ who even had a third term? Am amazed you were trying to use that against the Rev. Chris Okotie, well I feel ashamed anyway that you can reason like that, I think what we need is a fresh hand, not somebody who's already been there. No matter how plain Donald Duke or Peter Odili maybe, they have been currupted by the bigger boys, the honesty they are trying to show right now is just so that Nigerians would vote them, but I tell you, when they get there, you'd now know who they really are, mind you, they would receive instructions from their God'd fathers (OBJ, IBB) just as OBJ is receiving instructions from his king maker IBB.

So, ask me who I want for President, I want the Rev. Chris Okotie, ask me my reasons? I'd list them here for you:

1. We do not need a church goer or a mosque goer to lead, what/who we need is a lover of God, one who fears God. And the Rev. Chris Okotie is that man.

2. Most state governors many people have listed here to be good enough would answer to their god fathers when they get there and if OBJ tells a state governor who's turned president to steal, he has no option but to steal, but guess what, Chris Okotie would answer to his God father being God and you and I know that GOD would not tell him to steal because GOD does not need our money.

3. Also, the Rev. Chris has a name to protect, he was a christian before he became pastor of a fast growing Church in Nigeria, if his being a Christian proves too small for him to ignore, he sure can ignore his status as a pastor and you see, he has a personal check from both left and right.

4. Some people question his marital status, well, there are great leaders who didn't get married but they led well, ask me, did our Lord and saviour Jesus, the greatest leader of all time got married? Did John the baptist got married? see, my fellow Nigerians, marriage is a personal thing and not a thing of force, there is a difference between unmarriedness and singleness, I think he's happy with his unmarried state because singleness is honourable. You do not have to get married to be a father after all there are many fatherless children on our streets today, or don't you know, many married people are miserable. Ask me how I know, 99.999% of the married people I know are unhappy.

You guys wrote about Pat Utomi, well, I like that man, the day he came to my school he made so much sence, but I feel leadership especially in a country like Nigeria has to go beyond the physical, there are forces controlling this country which is far beyond the physical and until somebody who loves God comes into play a lot of things would still be mysteries. See, the Rev. Chris can lead by revelation from God and I think its the best way to lead. When your eyes are open you do not struggle too much and I believe such revelation comes from God and God does not reveal revelation to strangers, you know what I mean. If he could lead the church for years, then he can lead Nigeria too because its the faithfulness of David leading the small sheepfold that God uses to make him leader over Israel.

As for me and my house, we'd vote the rev. Chris Okotie, long live Nigeria, long live the Rev. Chris.

God pass the people and power that is in operation at AsO Rock. God is the Rock of Ages,
RomanceRe: Do I Leave Her Or: ? by stevolala(m): 1:17pm On Oct 21, 2006
Hello Guys,

I see the number of post here is very small and I believe the reason is obvious, most users of this site are ladies and they wouldn't want to poast a comment to their shame. Guys you know what? Because of my experience with ladies, I begin to find it difficult to believe that there is anything called love. I respect the previous comment that says love is a 50 - 50 thing, but today its ain't so. It has now become 100 from the guy and 0 from the girl. That is one reason why guys after spending all they have on a girl demands nothing else but sex, some guys even go as far as beating up this girls, am a witness to several of such, a guy in my neighborhood stabbed a girl 14 times and if not for people arround the girl would have ended up dead after loosing so much blood. The guy was angry because he has spent heaven and earth on a girl he was not yet married to and the girl sleeps arround with other men but wouldn't with the guy.

Bros, I advice you never to give the girl a dyme for her accommodation because you'd only end up breaking your heart, except you be Babangidas son wey fit invite Joe for his girl, I know its hard for you to leave her sort of but, you can stick with her but be wise. Use your money to improve on yourself and when she calls you for money, just think of one excuse or the other to give but never forget to fool her by saying you love her. If I tell you my own experience you'd laugh your head off. I have many experiences but I'd just try to relate one here. Couple of years ago, I worked in a cyber cafe and there comes this angel, so beautiful that before I got talking with her I didn't know. We continued like that for weeks, talking on phone, sending emails and sometimes chatting, then she was in school, Ekpoma and I just got through with a Diploma program in Uniben, so I was trying to get back for my degree program. I finally made it and I told her about it and she was kinda happy and demanded we meet in her school, so I gave her my words, so I decided to go to school to get through with registration and stuffs like that, I got to school (Uniben) at about 6 pm and headed straight for her house, I didn't know Ekpoma is very far from Benin, I asked and was told Ekpoma is just close so with my jean, T-shirt, and palm shoe, I started out to Ekpoma, Unknown to me I was actually travelling again, so after hours I still have not arrived and then it was already dark, to cut the long story short, I got to her house at about 10 pm at nite, and didn't meet her in the house but her neighbours told me to wait cos she didn't go far, they said she went to a Cyber - Cafe. So I waited, and you know, GSM was not in vogue then, and behold, minutes later, she walked in and they told her I was arround, when she heard it, she started bluffing, didn't know what to do because she was coming with another bigger and richer guy, when Is aw them, I told myself, e don happen like P-square would say it.

She lied to the guy and the guy kept calm and they both took me to another guys house where I met different calibre of guys smoking all sort, drinking with fighting materials, then I started praying silently, I said God please pardon my foolishness, see wetin woman won put me, so she left me there, went back with the guy and I couldn't sleep till the next morning because I know the kinda place I was, the next morning, she came arround secretly and stated appologising, I didn't say anything I just knew it was late for her. So I left her house and headed back for school. weeks later, she met online and she told me she needed about 20k to buy a phone, I told her to give me account number and she did, she wasn't seeing me, but I was just laughing, I told her to go to the bank on Monday and she actually did, on that day she called me on phone and I told her to wait there, she waited and after hours, she realised she had been the biggest fool. That was it, God forbid I spend my money on a beautiful flirt wey no fit siddon for one place.

Guys, there are so many of them like that, and I begin to wonder if one can truly find a true love, my friend told me it's impossible, No Money no Honey. So, to avouid beating them or pouring them acid, just quit and stay cool,

One love and respect to you guys who have posted comment here.

PoliticsRe: Between Obasanjo And Atiku, Who Is The Thief? by stevolala(m): 11:51am On Oct 20, 2006
cassidy06 I'm in love with the cartoon on your post, where can I find it, I need it in my phone. Please reply soonest.

Now to the topic, who amongst the two is a thief?

With reference to previous post I saw here, they said Mr. Number 1 man is the biggest thief and Mr. Number 2 man is a lesser thief, I have no different opinion. They are both Thief and not just thieves but International Thief Thief as Fela would call them. But my plight here is, they are thieves and they set up bodies to catch thieves in this copuntry but they themselves are never caught, I see a lesson in this, there is no fight between the two of them, in the public, they pretend to fight but in the closet, they run things together, you see the men are in same clique, I mean, the Babangidas, the Obj's, the Buharis, the Atikus, they all meet somewhere and delibrate on how to run this country but when they come in the public, they soothe Nigerians with virtual quarrel, Fello Nigerians, these people are not quarelling neither are they fighting, its just a way of silencing Nigerians. But we are wiser, we pass that now,

Do you know there are no people like Nigerians on Planet earth, so talented and blessed by God, that is why we get abroad and under 1 month we come out the best. Go to the embassy and you'd be amazed at the number of people trying to leave this country simply because there are some peeps who calls themselves president and vice president playing Nigeria like a ludo game. They no longer rule by elctions but by selection. I want you guys to understand something, Baba God is not asleep, ask me how I got to know, couple of years ago, we were all cryibng because of bros Sanni Abacha, God gave him time to change but he didn't, ask me who killed Abacha, did he fall sick, nopes, he died miserably, on the laps of prostitutes, so who knows, God has been giving these thieves the time to repent but they are not, this time arround they would not only die, because its a simple punishment for them to just die, but the law would catch up with their children and grand children.

See our educational system today, graduates here and there no jobs and the man is not even borthered afterall his own children are not schooling here in Nigeria, they attend schools like Oxford and when this generation is over by the time the obasanjos, the babangidas, the buharis time are past, their children would come up again simply because they have the best of education. What do you guys think, if you own a company who would you employ, a Uniport graduate or havard graduate, do you get my point now.
PoliticsRe: Chris Okotie (Fresh Party) For President In 2007? by stevolala(m): 11:20am On Oct 16, 2006
I'm amazed at the number of people critisizing the Rev. Chris Okotie simply because he has a hummer jeep. Well, I see that as ignorance, why should his having a hummer jeep be used against him, this is a man of credible character, he was once a sinner and now is a christian, a leader for that matter. Secondly, the issue of his inability to manage his home, well, I understand he's divorced and has ever since remained unmarried, for this I respect him, in that he remained unmarried and is scriptural, what about our many state governors who claim to be able to control their homes and still sleeps arround with secondary school girls, what about our presidents with more than one wives, ah, my faithful Nigerians, time has come for us to open our eyes oh. Would you believe that in the 1999 elections, I went out to vote and I casted out my vote for JP and right in my own eyes, my vote was thrown away and the cordinators said why did I come there to waste my vote, what am I trying to say, I'm trying to remind you the kind of corrupt country we are in, and its due to bad leadership, and now God has heard the cry of Nigerians and is making way for the righteous to come into power and all we keep saying is the man doesn't have a wife, the man has an hummer jeep, have you been to Ribadu's house and see if he has hummer jeep or not, do you know if he has a wife? and yet he's doing an excellent job. I believe in Nigeria and I believe God would restore the lost glory of Nigeria but not with the likes of people coming out know to contest. I respect the Rev. Chris Okotie and I will vote for him whether he wins or not, I'm a member of Christ embassy and not a member of his church, never the less, I shall vote for him. Did we forget that when the righteous rules, the people rejoices? We all have been crying to God for change in Nigeria, and I believe the first change we need in Nigeria is a change of the kind of leaders we have, and I pitty people who say the Rev. Chris can never win, Why should it be thought a thing impossible with you that God should raise the dead? Chris Okotie can win and I pray he wins come 2007. I pray for him and that God restores his family and give him the wisdom to lead this great nation. May God bless the Rev. Chris Okotie, I'm taking it upon myself not only to vote for him but to support him also with prayers for I know one thing, prayer changes things. The other side of the matter is that, people are saying why shouldn't he focus on his being a pastor instead of coming to rule Nigeria, well, we should ask ourselves, why shouldn't David focus on his sheep in the sheepfold instead of coming to rule the stubborn and corrupt israel, also, why didn't Moses focus on leading Jethro's sheeps instead of coming to egypt to lead the stuborn isralites out of Egypt, I think it was beacuse God's time to deliever the isrealites was come, and I believe God's time to deliever Nigeria out of Tyranny, fraudsters, thieves in high places is now and the man fit to do the job is the Rev. Chris Okotie, although like someone said, the people of his cabinet would be thieves and dirty too, never the less, I believe the best of men are made by the grace of God, so its not about the Rev. Chris Okotie, its about God leading and salvaging Nigeria using the rev. Chris, So, I'd like all Nigerians to come out enmass to vote this moses of our time and come 2007, Nigeria shall take on a new look and not only that, our schools shall come alive and there would be peace. God Bless Chris Okotie, Amen.
