I know kogi very well. It is so sad that in the whole of kogi, the only place you have good roads are in in igalaland. Not even in the whole but majority of them.
I have trasvererd kogi state much.
Lokoja to Ajaokuta was recently reconstructed and ok. The moment you hit the express is hell. Ajaokuta to the Niger bridge is hell. Once u cross the bridge, up to Anyingba is smooth. Even from that junction after Ajaokuta to otukpa junction is smooth. But Anyingba to dekina is terrible, lokoja to okene is terrible, okene to kasbah is terrible. Kasbah to lokoja through obajana, terrible.
And u ask, why is it only so.e igalaland Road in kogi that is good.
Same question I ask imo state governors why is Arondizuogu, a large town in imo, roads perpetually bad

This made me remembered the day I entered Akure without having no where to stay or sleep!!! I stood at Nepa Roundabout Arakale road out of choice looking left and right having no where to go. Called a few people I knew, but was let down. My airtime later finished, I had to borrow 50 naira from Mtn to call my mum who later linked me with one of her relatives I never knew or heard of. Left around 10:30pm in the night after the hookup. Anytime I pass through that same spot, I always felt like crying. Anyway I thank God!!! We all have a story to tell.

next time u go to the nearest church or mosque.
