an american woman named jessica was caught stealing groceries in a big shopping mall in miami (u.s.a) by a female cop. When interogated by d cop, she confessed 2 have stole d $300 worth of groceries because she her children(3) were hungry nd d cop also said dat jessica never had any crime record b4 dat tym.So she was rewarded with a huge sum of money by d government 2 start a business.
