Deen77:Thanks giving some ignoramus some lecture. I knew new literates can be so blinded by political divide as to not know the in dept cause of problems. |
What's the best tansmission oil to be used for honda civic? |
malikombi:Why are you being hypocritical. Even the blind can see that its the handiwork of Islamic fanatics. You should fear Allah. (Swt) |
Getting offers for a job is npt the problem, the problem arises when they want you to come over to their office to negotiate the terms only for you to tell them you are still in Nigeria. They will just lock up. |
Over there, are there peeps one can stay with, even if I have to pay then instead of staying in a hotel? This might be necessary since they are more familair with the region and how to move around will be less stressful. |
nattybanta:They were interested in emplying me as I was asked to appear and resume on a particular date. They were later discouraged when I told them I was not presently in the UAE or anywhere in the gulf region. I have the details and addresses of the offices so I am thinking of getting 1 month visa, go there in person and discuss things. If necessary stay for 2 weeks to finalise everything. I just want a simplified process of getting the valid visa for the 1 month. I intend staying just for 2 weeks max though. |
@9ijaprince, Thanks 3 months visa will be best. Kk I'll take the pain of going through the thread from scratch. I'd wanted someone with good knowledge and experience to just school me through the process. But no probs. Thanks |
Hello guys. I'm a petroleum inspector in Nigeria. I wish to relocate to UAE or any of the gulf regions as an inspector. I have searched and gotten offers for petroleum inspector jobs in the UAE and other gulf regions but as not been present on ground is kind of not helping matters. So I am tinking of securing a 1 month visa, stay in a hotel and then personally apply in person to the companies. I will like to know if a work permit is attached to the UAE visas So how best do you think I should go about it? Thanks |
I just wonder what effect the "Banker used" has on an ad to sell a Naija used car. So what about a car used by a rig worker ![]() |

I flushed the transmission oil again and also flushed the solenoid as attached. I think solenoid or changer. All in all, the problem still persists. Next to do is to get someone to come do some diagnostics. I just hate the idea of changing the entire gear box. I will explore all other options as changing the gear box will be the last resort.

until I see Ikenna, Gazzuzz or siena comment, all these ones una dey talk na hypothesis. ![]() |
Thanks. The problem is that I suspect the mechanic doesn't have much experience regarding gear box and transmission problems. Compounded with the fact that I won't be able to drive to a far distance to have a more experience mechanic check it out. Anyways, I'll try and guide him on what to do and where to check. Thanks |
Thanks. I only drained once. I will try and check all connections thoroughly and reflush again. I want to explore all solution means before concluding if the gear box will be changed. |
Kk guys. I'll do just that. Thanks so much |
Hello guys I need your help. I recently got my car engine (Honda civic 2004 model) washed some few days back. After about 10 mins drive from the car wash, I noticed that the car was not changing gears even with continuous revving. I stopped by my mechanic's workshop only to be told that my gear oil compartment has been flooded with water. We got it drained (It was actually flooded) and replaced the oil but the problem persists. The mechanic is already suggesting I buy a new gear box. Is there any solution? As I am still optimistic that there might be some solution. What do you suggest. Experts pls help me out. |
I wish Ibwas in lagos or Abj where our Nairaland experts are to check it out. Ikenna351, Gazzuz, Siena, Cardoctor. Make una suggest solutions o. |

swagzofroyalty:What if the new tenant's renovation work involves him removing the roof, so you think by ranting you will stop him from doing that? What he needs to do is to dialogue peacefully with the new owner and any decision he takes from there is at his discretion. Who you have biz with and can sue is your landlord. |
ActionScript3:You are asking for 6 month from an owner who is not your landlord and you are still claiming rights. Why you no ask for 2 yrs or just stay for free. Osho free |
Great4God:Exactly my point. I don't like walls in such places. I like the place open while I sip something and see things while my cat is being washed. |
Guys, his gen is I pass my neighbour. No mind his grammar. Op, just reduce the quantity of oil that's all. |
I'm guilty of this. This is a big lesson. |
Just report to the police and let them invite her. It she get mind to show up and explain how you owed her #70. |
kenyguy:Oga just say you dont have. I asked you here. answer me here. |
